The work we had done by Lloyd Grub plumbing company on our plumbing issues was exceptional and done right away but we were told that an estimated of all cost would be emailed before the work was going to be started. We did not receive any estimates until a week after the work was done and only verbal approximate costs. When we received the bill, it was not itemized and we thought it was priced high. after making some phone calls to see how much parts cost we felt we were overcharged and did not understand the difference. If you use this company make sure you get everything in writing before they do any work and get a second opinion. Their work was very good, but over priced, and we were rushed into doing it. Also I asked for the watersoftner not to be hooked up and they did it anyway and charged me for it.
