Joe at Llona Plumbing did a great job installing our replacement water heater. He applied good skills, was professional and polite and left a clean area. Highly recommend. Update 09/05. I contacted Llona due to discovering a VERY slow leak in one fitting. Joe came out THE SAME DAY and made a repair. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

I had some backup toilet issues in the middle of the night and called a few plumbing companies that stated they responded 24/7. Llona Plumbing not only called me back, but responded to my residence within a few hours with no hassles to a problem that ultimately resolved itself. Kyehl had to drive at least a hour to my residence and while no true emergency existed, he was professional and accommodating to my paranoia. Personally, I would have been frustrated driving that far for no true emergency, but Kyehl was a rockstar, so I will be using Llona Plumbing for some work needed on my property.

Great company. Very dependable! Great work! The replaced all the old cast iron pipes under the house! Did a great job . Finished in one day. Brought all resources in to get it done! Love them! Called again... Had 3 outside water faucet leaking badly! About 30 years old. Could not take off. They were there same day, great work! 4/5. Update! 5 years later I called them to unclog a garbage disposal and dishwasher. They charged $220!

I can't say enough about how great Llona Plumbing has been. We had a literal s*** show in the new building we bought and were in a living nightmare. These guys were so professional and rolled with the punches (that kept coming). Llona was able to fix all of the existing problems and the problems created by other contractors and got everything done quickly and right. I won't ever call another plumber. If you need something fixed or need new fixtures they're the crew.

Llona Plumbing has done great work for us at our previous home in Seminole Heights (complete house re-pipe, toilet issue fix, faucet fix). When we moved into our more modern home this month, previous owners had done DIY bathroom work that was not up-to-par. Llona Plumbing to the rescue again! Great service, quality work and they don't overcharge. Trustworthy, professional services are what they deliver!

Buyer beware. Both the company and the technician that showed were professional. I do blame myself for miscommunication and not asking prices before work started. My husband called because our toilet tank kept draining. I was not at home at the time he called. I knew where it was leaking but did not realize the entire seal came off. Llona Plumbing was able to accommodate the appointment quickly and fix the seal within a minute. Buyer beware. When it came time to be billed you could tell the technician was uncomfortable. He informed that there was a flat of $150 for them to show up and $17 for the seal (approx $4 - 5 dollars). He also said that this was explained to my husband at the time my husband made the call. Since I could not dispute that my husband had been informed, and the repair was done, I paid the bill. I was not happy when I questioned my husband later only to find out that he was never informed of the $150 rate to show up. I would have not had Llona come out at the rate. I do blame myself for not asking about the repair rate. I will not be a repeat customer.

Called Llona on a Sunday morning when an old galvanized metal pipe broke and we had to shut off water to our house. Daniel was out within 2 hours and fixed the pipe in less than half an hour. He was polite and courteous and cleaned up after himself. We are so grateful to Llona for saving our Sunday!
