Great service and good price. This company was recommended in the South Tampa Dads group. I called another top rated plumber and didn't get what I needed. Llona came out within a week and installed two new toilets that I picked out, got rid of my old ones and cleaned everything up. Everyone was very responsive and professional.

I had a great first experience with this company! Roger was prompt and very friendly. He quickly assessed my leak and told me it was the AC and not a pipe, then proceeded to fix the AC problem by cleaning out a leak! I will definitely recommend them to friends and family!

Quick and great service by Llona plumbing. Called in early in the morning to see if i could get same day service for our leaking kitchen sink, but they told me their schedule for the day usually filled up by the night before, so i was scheduled to be the first one on the next day. no big deal for our situation. The plumber came promptly at 9 am, complete with shoe cover too keep your house clean and diagnosed the problem. turned out i blew my garbage disposal, and needed a new one, pretty easy. an hour later everything is back up and running again. their price is $120/hour + whatever parts you need.

Can't say enough about this company. I was flying out of the country for a relative's funeral the day the main waterline into my house from the street burst. I was, needless to say, freaking out with the stress of leaving town along with it being a Saturday. I found Llona via a Google search and the rating was pretty good. I called and spoke to the answering service and the owner of the company called me back within 5 minutes. When I explained the situation to him, he said he'd have someone to my place within 30 minutes and they lived up to that promise. The plumber who came out was able to diagnose where the leak was coming from and had it repaired within 30 minutes. To top it off the price for the fix was much much lower than I thought it would be, despite an afterhours/weekend call. I wouldn't hesitate to use Llona for any future plumbing needs as they are quick to act and perform great work.

I called when they opened at 8am and was able to secure an afternoon appointment, although I had to take the time frame of 3pm - 5pm, which of course meant I had to take off of work. I loved that they called half an hour before arrival, exactly like they told me they would. However, it was a bit aggravating when the guy looks at the leak under my sink, tells me it's the plastic dishwasher hose, yet HAS NO plastic dishwasher hose on his truck to replace it with. """"I went through my 15 feet earlier today"""". Which is understandable, except for the fact that when I called in the problem initially, I said that it was either my garbage disposal or dishwasher that was leaking! The technician went to his truck and came back with some metal hose which he said would work. Fine. All in all, the technician was there for exactly half an hour. I was charged $114 - because that is their hourly rate, and they charge by the full hour. The part (hose) was $25. Fortunately, I had a 10% off coupon which helped a little, but it was still painful. They came highly recommended, yet I'm still on the fence about them.

Our water heater sprung a baby leak. Before it became a deluge we knew we needed to replace. We called a dozen places for estimates. All were at the $1200-$1400 range. These guys were just over a grand. They also talked us through the estimate, what was included and even allowed us to choose the replacement brand. We went with Rheem after doing research online and talking to them. They showed up perfectly on time (with a call in advance letting us know they were on the way). They said it would take about two hours. In two hours they were done. They even added a pan even though we technically didn't need because the unit was in the garage. Delighted with them. I highly recommend.

I would not recommend this company for anything. They were hired to fix a leak and turned off the water to do so. Spent many hours on the issue and said it was fixed.. went to check it out and it was leaking worse. They came back and said they could not fix it nor could they find the leak (which was exactly where they were) required us to call in a leak detector which was done at a further cost to us. The leak was exactly where they were """"working"""" . Had to call another plumbing company to get the work done and fix what they had 'fixed'. This is not how to run a business. I would not recommend them.

Yesterday was an example of their technicians going over and above! It was late afternoon and Chip our technician worked tirelessly until he was able to find the blockage and took care of the issue.
