Sold himself with assurance his work was guaranteed. After many appointment no shows, he finally did the job at an elevated rate. Broke within 12 days and did not ever return to follow through.

I doubt this is even a real company based on the sporadic and ineffectual communication

Attention:
We hired Luis and his company to do a drainage and landscape project in our backyard. We agreed that the job would take a week to complete and payment was taken. (Our big mistake!) We gave a healthy deposit!!!

This was the most unprofessional and excuse driven company we've ever encountered. The entire process was stressful and expensive!!!

Luis first could not start the job as agreed because his starter went out on the truck. (That took two days away from the job site.) Second. One of his children fell and hit there head. (No Show) Third. Luis apparently had court for custody of children. (No Show) The fourth and final excuse was he became gravely ill after consuming something.... Yes again! (No Show) two more additional days.
On the rare occasion Luis came to our home and yard - It was late in the morning and he only stayed a short period of time. After lunch we wouldn't see him anymore. The job was halfway done. (Start of week three.) We had to finish the job ourselves. Just sad!

There company motto is complete ""customer satisfaction."" ""Treat our home like their own"". Well, definitely not satisfied!!!
