Leon John, the founder of LJI Fort Bend, has decades of hands-on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing experience. His father launched Leon's Electric & Plumbing in Schulenburg in 1959—where Leon honed his skills. In 2003, he channeled that entrepreneurial drive into opening his own El Campo company. Away from work, Leon unwinds with country living and the occasional social event.
