I called Livingston Plumbing. Sean came over and gave me good advice as always. This time concerning a bathroom sink that had plumbing work done by another company. The overflow didn't work because the plumbing piece used didn't accommodate the overflow. Sean said it could be fixed but if there was no foul smell the trapped water was evaporating and there should be no ill effects. I really appreciate his knowledge straightforwardness and honesty. Since it was a short visit he charged for an abbreviated visit.

I realized I never completed this review. It has been awhile. Used Livingston plumbing for one job and found them knowledgeable, professional, and work has held up over time. I also called them in for a plan and estimate for replacing a busted water heater for a tankless water heater in an interior location in the house. Sean researched it thoroughly and said it could not be done since the house was on a concrete slab foundation. I didn't choose his solution since I thought a long distance from heater to faucet would result in wasted water while I waited for the water to get hot. I used someone else who said that the water heater could be replaced in the middle of the house. No problems to date but Sean was correct and I would hire him if I could do this over again. He was knowledgeable, researched the issue, and extremely professional. He is at the top of my short list for plumbers.

I have been using Livingston Plumbing for over 15 years and they are terrific! We have owned 2 homes and they have met all of our needs time and time again. Honest, reliable, fast, efficient and super easy to communicate with. Also, they have had the same plumbing team for almost all of this time which breeds confidence and speaks to the quality of the business i think. I couldn't recommend more highly.

Livingston Plumbing is professional, friendly, on time and extremely reasonably priced!
We are renters and the landlord has bought the cheapest materials throughout the entire house. Our guest bathroom sink has been without running water due to severe leakage. Although the workers had no idea what brand the faucet was as it's that cheap and obscure, they were able to locate the parts and fix what they could. Unfortunately, they were unable to entirely repair the faucet due to the cheap original parts and the corrosion that resulted, they made sure I had running hot water. Additionally, they advised me where to get a replacement faucet for the least amount of money!
Thank you Livingston Plumbing for all your help and providing me with running water after doing without any water for months!

Nice repair person, but these guys are expensive. The repair person was very friendly, and completed the job. He told me he worked for 1 hour and it should cost about $90. I was very surprised to discover a $187 bill in the mail!
