I couldnt find the level of customer service anywhere in Redondo except for Living Waters. Called about 10 other companies around 5 o'clock. Living Waters were the only one who picked up, super responsive and understanding of what needed to be done. You wont find another to beat their prices either. Staff and owner were respectful and exactly who you would want to do business with. Can't praise enough and you definitely will as well. Thank yall again, God Bless

Stephen was professional and easy to work with. He finds the most cost effective fix. I had an under slab leak...yikes! He suggested and implemented a fix where we abandoned the under slab pipe and bypassed it using pex. Leak fixed. No jack hammering our laundry room. And, the risk of future under slab leaks from that pipe are eliminated. Oh, I also got estimates from another local plumber, and Stephen's price came in almost half the estimate of the other plumber. After the repair was done, Stephen checked his tech's work and even directed some tweaks to ensure it'll last for years. I'll definitely keep Living Waters in my contact list. Part of me almost wants to keep Living Waters a secret, so next time I need them, they'll be available, but they've earned the ratings.

The kitchen sink would not drain. In a couple of days we were leaving on vacation. I had used Living Waters previously so I called. Steve came out the next day. Using a snake and high pressure water he cleared out the clogged pipe and the sink is draining fine now.
