I texted him in the morning asking for his next available appointment. 15 minutes later he was at my door. He was friendly and professional. He solved the issue in no time and saved the day! The kitchen sink would not drain. In a couple of days we were leaving on vacation. I had used Living Waters previously so I called. Steve came out the next day. Using a snake and high pressure water he cleared out the clogged pipe and the sink is draining fine now.

I had a tankless water heater as well as a water conditioning system installed recently by Steven at Living Waters. He was quick to respond and provided several options of water heaters and conditioning systems. He was very detailed and honest with his recommendations. Was never pushy with the recommendations though. I ended up going with a tankless water heater that will actually end up costing only a couple hundred dollars due to rebates. Steven hustled and worked hard during the installation. He was recommended by a neighbor and I can see why!

Steven is very prompt, efficient, and respectful. He removes his shoes when in your house, puts down a tarp around his work area, and cleans up after the job is done. I've used him about 5 times to fix leaky pipes in my house. Each time, he has been able to quickly locate and fix the leak. I wouldn't call anybody else.

Steven has installed a dishwasher, hooked up my washing machine, installed my sink, replaced my garbage disposal, installed a toilet, repiped my bathroom remodel, and cleaned out many drains... He does it all, and guess what... He does it right the first time, never had him come back and fix a thing. Steven is honest, fair, punctual, and skilled.
