Steve has done several jobs for me now, some major and some minor. His work is always perfect. And I am always happy with the price. I will continue using him as long as he is available! Most recent job was installing a tankless water heater. In the past he did simple waste line replacements to full water supply line to the street. Steven did an excellent job installing a new kitchen faucet and descaling my tankless water heater. He was very professional and very responsive to communication via text and e-mail. My dishwasher stopped functioning and he figured out that it was a simple matter of a plug which had come loose under my sink. I didn't even know the plug was located there. I thought I had to pull the dishwasher out to get to the plug. He figured out the problem and didn't ""take me for a ride."" That's my way of saying he is HONEST. I would recommend

Living Waters Plumbing (Steven) was hired to install a tankless water heater in my home in Redondo Beach. Steven did a flawless job with the install (see photo). He helped me select the correct Noritz tankless solution for my house and walked me through the entire installation process. The installation was flawless, which was slightly more complicated as I picked a higher BTU unit. The install required a new 3/4"" gas line run from my gas meter.

Steven takes tremendous pride in the quality of his work, is very straight forward and honest - qualities that you do not find across the trade. I would not hesitate to hire him for my next job.
