I used their plumbing service. The plumber, although courteous and friendly, took his sweet time to do the jobs, and also had to figure out how to do a straightforward job, which took even more time. This is what I would expect from an apprentice, and of course this cost me more money because of the extra time he used. Their prices are on the high side. They also repeatedly either called or emailed me to see about performing some additional work, which I didn't want. I finally had to tell them not to email, text, or call me anymore. These communications verged on harassment. I would never use them again!

I tried several other companies, one of which strung me along for almost a month! Not so with Living Waters. They were fast and professional with excellent communication. They came all the way to Willow to replace my on demand water heater. Thank you so much!

$500 dollars per hour for a weekend service call? I don't think so. Shop around. I found one for half the price.

As recent as Feb 2024, I had major boiler problems in -20° weather in Anchorage. Living Waters was the only company that helped me. I was impressed with them on many levels. First, they were able to manage all my issues. They handled my broken boiler, burst pipes, thawing all of it! Jeffery was always so calm and informative on the phone and their technicians were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I feel so fortunate to now be able to count on this team to service my boiler/water heater needs from now on! You won't regret calling this company.

I would leave a zero star rating if possible. Hired Living Waters to winterize my plumbing in Fairbanks. The ""plumber"" they sent out did not appear to know that this involves more than just pouring antifreeze down the drains, (system must be emptied of water first, antifreeze pumped in, etc.). Living Waters guy showed up and tried to just pour antifreeze in the sinks and toilets, mixed in with the water that was still there. Subsequently had to hire a competent plumber to do the job. Living Waters thinks they are charging me for this garbage, but they are sorely mistaken.

I kept hearing the commercial on the Radio that says ""Remember the name, Living Waters, Living Waters...."" So I called them. I had a plumbing quote to re-replumb our 4 plex in south anchorage for $7,200 which seemed high given it was a 3-4 day job for 2 people. Jeffrey answered the phone. I asked for an estimate and the first thing that struck me as Odd is he says ""I'm not sure if we'll CHARGE for the estimate, but someone can check it out soon"". I've never been charged for an ESTIMATE in my life. 12 minutes later, he calls back. He said he spoke to the boss and had a ballpark figure for me. He asked how many fixtures I had in the unit. ""17"" I told him. He says ""Ok, he was Right on then- It will be right at $80,000"". I was stunned but I thought he said $8,000. Finally I asked ""Did you say $8,000?"" No. The estimate was EIGHTY THOUSAND dollars- for a 4 day job!!!! My biggest issue is that they are running around using the name of God to their advantage ""Living Waters"" is a reference to Jesus Christ. An $80,000 estimate is about $73,000 higher than it should be. There is nothing charitable, kind or neighborly about that. No christian values emanate from this. I was shocked and expressed that to Jeffrey. He didn't offer to come look or allow me to speak with the boss that gave this un-Godly estimate. He didn't budge- $80,000- take it or leave it. Since then, I have spoke with 3 professional plumbers. They have all said the same thing ""Living Waters is a rip-off! They price gouge and do poor quality work"". In their commercial they say ""Remember our name"". You bet I will! They forever will remind me of the time they tried to rip me off. Don't waste your time calling them. They might even charge you for it.
