I called to have my basement bathroom drains verified for proper function so I could sell my house. When I called to schedule, I was told it would be no more than $50 and got an invoice for almost $100. When I schedule, I asked if it would be possible to get a document stating that the drains were fine, it took almost a week. They just have terrible customer service. Needless to say, I was going to use them for plumbing in my new house but I certainly won't now.

Very fast and friendly! I had a problem restarting my water heater and Tim was at my place within 10-15 mins of calling for service, and got my water heater up and running in no time (even with the very tight space the heater is located)!
