We initially used Living Water to overhaul our cabin plumbing. We were quoted a price and list of work, but the work wasn't complete and we could not get them to respond to clarify if they were coming back. We had 2 internal leaks after. We had to hire another plumber to complete the work and undo some of Living Water's work. It looked like Living Water only replace plumbing that was exposed and left the unexposed plumbing unreplaced which caused water damage inside our cabin.

I have used living water several times and I'm so glad I was able to find them. It seems harder and harder these days to find a consistent, quality, and fair service provider in many different areas. I consider living water plumbing to be one of those and they are now my go-to plumbing service. I hope I won't need them anytime in the near future, but if I do I know that they will be there promptly and professionally to take care of whatever it is I need.

I have hired them for a few of my projects such as a re-pipe after the big freeze and my pipes burst, a bathroom remodel, and smaller things like clearing out my shower clogs, installing a shower cartridge and more. They do it all! I have met Forest, Loren, Brad and John and they exceeded my expectation. The girls in the office, Anna and Brittany are so kind and easy to schedule with. They actually answer the phone or call you back! I called other places and they never returned my calls. I do know they made big changes this year with new staffing and better processes and so far I haven't experienced any of the below complaints. Their rates are fair for the industry and they give honest work. Plumbing issues are never fun but at least I found a plumber who 1-goes up the mountain for people like me in Welches, 2-does quality work and 3-gets my issues scheduled quicker than others. They also give discounts for elderly and veterans. You get what you pay for and these people are great!

Well, there went that plumber. Looks like the quality depends on whether they want or need the job. I learned that they just bid high when they don't but won't tell you that they'd rather not take the job. What should have been a simple fix took twice the estimated time and multiple trips to fetch supplies that weren't on hand.

We really don't have money to throw away these days. Since emergencies don't leave time to shop around, I'll gamble on another company next time.
