Dale G.I arrived home on a Saturday at 5 PM to find a bad leak in my basement hot water heater. I got the water turned off and, on recommendation from my sister who had used Alberto to install their hot water tank, I phoned him. I explained the situation and we discussed options. He was an hour away but arrived at 8 PM with the appropriate hot water tank and set to work installing it. A couple of parts, not included with the tank, were needed so he went out and got them, returned and by 10 PM had finished installing the hot water heater. Shortly afterward there was hot water! Great, prompt service and the price was reasonable. Highly recommended.
Terry P.Alberto (owner) was very informative and honest. Not only did he help me with the reason I called but Alberto looked at my whole system and gave me honest feedback. Although nothing was absolutely required I had him provide the service of installing a reverse osmosis system and he did a great job at a fair price. I now drink fantastic water.
