His painters, Armando and Doni, are of the highest caliber. Both were a delight to work with. They arrived on time, were efficient, highly organized, and left the house clean. You don't need to look any further because they are the right choice.

I was soooo impressed with Alex and his team! I needed a touch up on my rental in the back of my own house and they painted and patched perfectly. They were extremely professional and cleaned up after themselves, along with the rates being competitive and reasonable.

I am really impressed with Alex and his team. I moved into a new place and was looking for some renovations to be done. Alex was great in giving ideas and making sure we get right things done.

I am very impressed by the professionalism and quality of Alex at Living Color! From my first inquiry through yelp until the completion of my house interior, Alex and his team have been very punctual, communicative, and on schedule. We got estimates from several painters but he had the most competitive price in relation with the value we would get (we got such a great value that I'd use him again for future projects!!)

Alex has made himself available to me whenever I had to text him about my plans for the house. In one instance, we haven't settled on a final color but Alex was gracious enough to pick up 3 of our potential paint colors from the shop and paint our wall with each color so we could compare. This is just one example of how accomodating he was, his attention to detail can have it's own paragraph.

After about a week, I came to check on the completed interior of my new home and was blown away by how much it has changed. It's as if I came in to a brand new home with new character from the new paint on the walls, redone baseboards and trimmings, replacing wall outlets new, and he even repaired some leaky pipes in my guest bathroom. Thank you so much Alex for transforming our new home into our own. Aside from him delivering an awesome service that I'd recommend to anyone, he is a genuinely kind and friendly guy who has your best interest in mind. If you're on the fence of painting your house and you're in the San Fernando Valley area, it's a no brainer to get Living Color to tackle your job!

We needed to patch a wall after a leak. Alex was responsive when I was asking for a quote. Manny was the one who did the work and he did a very good job. He was very professional, on time and kept the area clean. You couldn't even tell he was working on the wall without looking at the wall. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is that I need a receipt for the work and have been contacting Alex for one for about a month. Manny couldn't and didn't give out receipts. It was something Alex did. Alex confirmed he received my payment and told me he would send me an email but has gone radio silent. I need it to get reimbursed so now I'm stuck without an reimbursement. In addition to that (since I'm writing a review anyway) when he quoted the work for almost an entire wall, he didn't mention anything about the quote excluding the cost of materials so it was after Manny started and bought the stuff I found out it was the quoted price plus the material. And then, when Manny was going to only work on a small area and I told him it was for a larger area, the price went up. It's unfortunate because with the work Manny completed, I would have recommended them for the work. But it's the entire experience you have to consider when making a recommendation and the post work experience is one star worth.

Living Color Paint just finished painting the inside of my townhome. They did a fantastic job! Edgework and trim were tight, and the doors were sprayed to a nice finish. They even cleaned up several imperfections in the drywall. There were two drywall seams that caused a ridge in the paint. They trimmed it down, retextured and painted. The wall is now completely smooth and straight. :)

The finished the job on-time and had a consistent friendly work crew. I looked forward to seeing them this past week.

I am doing many updates to my townhome and have hired many contractors for various jobs. Living Color was definitely one of the best experiences amongst those that i've hired.
