Recommend looking for a more professional and qualified plumber. We had a simple kitchen sink stoppage. It took us about 24 hours to get someone on the phone, and finally when we did it took another few days for a dispatch. Finally the tech arrived, and had me immediately sign a waiver that absolved the company of any damage done before he could perform work. Then finally after 5 short minutes claimed that it was only a problem that could be fixed via Hydrojet. He then spent 20 minutes convincing our home warranty company that this was not normal wear and tear and that he could not complete the service.

Finally a different plumber came and was able to fix the stoppage using the exact same tool. It turned out to be a routine buildup (house is +75 years old).

In summary, if you are looking for a professional that is willing to help and do actual work, you should call somebody else.

My home warranty service dispatch LiveGreen to my house again today. I had a wax seal around my toilet replaced last September. Every since the installation, my toilet was loose and I had to retighten the screws. Last week my toilet was so loose that I actually lifted it off the floor. As it appears, my flange was broken and it caused my toilet to be unleveled. When the technician first arrived, he thought he could fix it until he removed the toilet and found the flange broken. Since he needed help with this type of repair, he called the company for assistance. The technician was able to repair my toilet and I am very grateful for their help!

Plumber was fine but company is not entirely trustworthy. I specifically called to make an appt after finding this company on Yelp. The female person who picked up the phone told me that the service fee is $49 and that it is waived if I decide to use the plumber. Then I mentioned the Yelp discount. The woman said that the discount would apply. The woman actually failed tell me that the 15% would only apply after the $49 is added back to the total. I discovered this late because after I decided to use the plumber and mentioned the discount, the plumber said that what the woman said was wrong that the $49 fee is not waived if there is a discount used. Not sure if this is a legit business practice.

Thieves, plain and simple. LiveGreen was dispatched through our home warranty company to fix clogged pipes. The plumber who showed up refused to snake the pipes because it would require a two-man crew (something he was told when dispatched), gave a quote for a $1300 project in lieu of any actual work to fix the immediate problem and then refused to leave without a $125 deductible despite not having rendered a minute of service on the clogged pipes. The owner refused to refund the money despite not having done any work, and had the gall to follow up several days later to check on the quality of service (baffling since no service was performed). Suffice it to say we have selected another plumber to do the work on our house since this company gets a vote of no confidence. (Update: We used Triple State Plumbing - timely, professional and did a great job on the project for $500 LESS than the quote from LiveGreen.)

Very professional! The technician, Bobby, was amazing and knowledgeable. They fixed the original issue, and a subsequent issue. They gladly returned to fix the issue and stayed until the job was complete. Thank you for everything.

The worst service ever! I don't know how this Company stays in business! I've used them through a warranty service. It's been one month and none of my problems have been fixed! In fact when I called them up 10 days after they been out the first time to find out where the parts were, they didn't even remember who I was and hadn't even ordered parts! Today they came out again because the parts supposedly came in....what a joke! The ""plumber"" brought no parts and was going to replace one faucet with a new cheap one he had in his hand. I asked him about the other faucets that needed new washers and he gave me some lie. I asked if he brought the water line for the powder room sink and he gave me another lie. I even told him where he could buy the parts and gave him pictures and specs of all of the models when he was out first!! Then I wait 2 weeks for ""parts"" that had to be special ordered! And, to top it off...the warranty company said that they charged for multiple visits and they had only come out once!!

LiveGreen came to our home for service through our home warranty plan. The company agreed to send a plumber out ASAP. The plumber was held up, the company could have done a better job of communicating the possibility of delay as the plumber came out after the scheduled window. Roger came and he was extremely friendly and explained everything going on. We were very happy with him, but he coordinated an appointment for the following week and no one showed. I emailed Keesha, the office manager and no reply. Sadly we will look elsewhere for the needed repairs. Roger was great and I called Keesha to let her know.

We rent a home in Bethesda and the owner uses a warranty company to have local contractors fix anything that goes wrong. When the water heater broke earlier this week Live Green Plumbing was sent out to help us.

They started off by telling us that they would come by at 8:00am and that we would be first on their calls for the day. They turned up at about 1:00pm, and without any hot water in the house made me late for a conference. We had already been waiting 48 hours to get the appointment. When they finally arrived someone went to 'fix' the water heater. It did work after the visit - for about 24 hours. Then the water went warm, and it's now cold.

So now we have asked the warranty company to get someone to fix the water heater a second time. They say they have to send the same contractor - sigh - that they sent the first time. Great. We still have not heard from them since a call placed yesterday to the warranty company. Who knows when they will turn up. I can only hope they do a better job fixing it whenever they do show up, than they did last time.
