They quoted and were hired to wire my small home to code. They put the wrong temp pole up, put the new one on the wrong property (still there), wired the house incorrectly 3 times ultimately failing inspection, lied to the inspector and me, hired a subcontracting company that did not speak English called GTZ Electric who apparently did not know code. They did not use fireproof caulk. They wrapped wires around the center beam, wired THROUGH the middle of a window, missed wiring several items and never reviewed the house plans. The owner admitted fault, sent his guys a few times but they never fixed the issues. Blue Ridge wired the house and the few breakers they had in the box blew everywhere. They also did not know how to wire the Mitsubishi system like they said they did and did not contact the manufacturer. They did not wire the water / sewer pump. I tried to give Ricky Lea the option to do the right thing and correct all issues but he would not. I had to hire another electrician to fix several thousand in errors to include wiring around beams, holes in wires, etc. Ricky Lea West and Live Wire Electric owes me a refund of over $2000 to date and have not answered any calls. The site says they are licensed and insured however the state cannot find record of Mr. West / Live Wire Electric and neither can my attorney. VERY UNETHICAL. CONSUMER ALERT!!!
