Good, bad and ugly. The good they are very profesional and use state of the art equipment. The bad, I paid 2k to fix and plug 3 gas leaks. The ugly, after spending 2k. The the gas line was still leaking. They asked for an additional $7000 to replace the gas line in the entire house (pier and beam). The total was $9000. I found some else to do it for much less. ​​

I'm super thankful for Don to be able to come out and service the location so quickly. I was very fortunate that there was an open time slot when I called first thing Monday morning. 20 min later, he came out and was able to figure out the issue immediately. Having a large household with kids and no working plumbing would have been a nightmare as the day progressed!

Don came out and fixed a very difficult clog in the kitchen sink. He even had to go get some additional equipment and come back in order to fix the issue.

He also scoped the remaining piping to check for blockages and answered every question that I had.

Don did a great job - straight forward, explained everything and options well and fixed the slow water leak out by the water meter. Turns out we've got some of that bad Qest piping that will have to be replaced overall - but the fix Don did now will do fine until we can plan and do the bigger repair. I appreciate the options. And I got a kick out of the red carpet at my door when he arrived - so as not to bring any dirt. He arrived right on time and got the work assessed and completed within two hours. Thanks!
