Don did a great job - straight forward, explained everything and options well and fixed the slow water leak out by the water meter. Turns out we've got some of that bad Qest piping that will have to be replaced overall - but the fix Don did now will do fine until we can plan and do the bigger repair. I appreciate the options. And I got a kick out of the red carpet at my door when he arrived - so as not to bring any dirt. He arrived right on time and got the work assessed and completed within two hours. Thanks!

I recently used their service. My technician was Don Deschenes from Live Oak Plumbing Company, Inc. Their quality was exceptional.

First, customer service - two thumbs up, receptionist was very kind. She helped me to booking process, following via text & email till Don was arrived. She made sure that everything was going right as they promised.

Secondly, professionalism - two thumbs up, Don showed up on time, wear proper uniform w/shoe covers and he even placed the red carpet in front of my entrance. And he explained very thoroughly the leaking problem even though I made him confused because of my incorrect term when I explained the problem.

Highly recommended this business if you are searching for plumber.

Don was terrific! Detected and fixed a slab leak with minimal after math in the garage dry wall. Was professional and very informative through the whole process. Very competitive pricing up front and no hidden fees later! He even fixed a wiring issue on my hot water heater for no extra charge! Outstanding! Live Oak Plumbing provided excellent service. They were prompt, fair, and trustworthy professionals. They communicated every step of the way so we understood the problems, the diagnosis, and what they would do to fix the problem.

They came out to our home because we had a leak "somewhere" in the front yard. They responded the same day to look at the problem, and they easily diagnosed the first problem and fixed it. The second problem required a diagnostic tool to pinpoint the exact location of the leak. In both cases, they were able to dig a relatively small hole and fix the problems quickly and efficiently. They also cleaned up after themselves and you can barely tell we had work done.

Lastly Easter Sunday, we had a problem, a different plumbing issue caused by my husband that flooded the downstairs closet and bedroom. They came out the next day and fixed the problem. Unbelievable customer service.

I am seldom impressed by home repair people but have complete faith and trust that they will help us with any plumbing repairs we may have in the future. They are truly a family-owned business that takes care of its clients.
