Called as a first time client the night before about a deep clog down the kitchen drain pipe of a fourplex apartment building. Noe (bless him) came first thing in the morning. He did a thorough visual inspection and guessed correctly the condition of the mainline to the smaller pipes of the building. He let me know over the phone what to expect and then upon arrival, he did exactly what he said and was very logical in his reasoning and conclusion of the problem. He fixed the clog where 2 previous plumbers rejected the job.

Saturday morning, we woke up to a cold shower. Water heater not working. I attempted to relight the pilot, no bueno. Utilizing the Yelp! Request a quote, sent in a work request to several local plumbing companies. 2 of 4 responded. Of the responses, only Live Action was making an effort to perform the job on the same day. Needless to say, we didn't want to wait until Monday to have hot water. Noe (the owner) was easy to communicate with and worked with our schedule to make the appointment for repair. Being an expert in his field, he was able to diagnose the issue and provide an estimate before coming out. I really appreciate this as our expectations were now set and we were comfortable with the cost to repair. Noe arrived on time, very professional appearance and again super easy to communicate with. He did the work as promised. We are satisfied customers and would do business with him again.

I purchased all the items at Home Depot and they were glad to do the service. Gentlemen came on time did a professional job.
