I needed a plumber on the spur of the moment and called Live Action based on Yelp reviews. Well, Noe lived up to the reviews, he answered when I called, I explained the issue (a sink/dishwasher clog). He gave me a quick concise answer to the problem, as well as a fair estimate. He came out the same day, he was very professional and he was thorough in his explanation of everything. Also, in the age of Covid-19, he followed all the necessary safety protocols and payment was contactless. I would call him again with any plumbing problems and I highly recommend him to anyone.

I was debating whether to get an 240V electric dryer which would need a new 240V electric line or a gas dryer which would need a new gas line. I'd like to get opinion from multiple people, yet I don't want to waste their time, since it is possible that I will choose electric over gas if a new gas line is more expensive. So, I was trying to explain the potential project in as many details as I can and hope to get a rough estimate.
Live Action Plumbing Inc. discussed with me and give me a cost range which is comparable to electric solution, so we met the next day and he got the job well done and managed to keep the cost towards the lower end of the original cost range. He is easy going, very helpful and mostly importantly trustworthy.

Show up on time and did a great job. I described the problem. I told him the brand and what part I thought it needed. When he showed up he already had the part and could get to work right away. He fixed the mixing valve in my shower and cleaned up after he was done.He did a great job, was polite and reasonably priced. What more could you ask for? I'd recommend him.

Noe, Owner was referred to me by HOI. He also gave me a great time slot that was convenient for me. He cleared the kitchen clogged drain and did a fantastic job. He was very professional and once the task was done he made sure the sink area was clean and ready to use. Thank you for your amazing job for us.

7/2020 Update

Hired Noe again for the 2nd time, this time to tend to my clogged bathtub. He did a great job again. Very thorough. Fixed the issue. Cleaned-up after the job. Plus a 30 day warranty. I will definitely hire him again.

You look at the stars and reviews and wonder, are they really that good? Well in this case, YES! Noe came out to give us an estimate, the price was not the lowest but not the most expensive either. It was a pleasure having a contractor show up when promised, did the work promised, communicated all the way, was prepared with materials to handle unexpected issues, cleaned up after and the final price didn't change. Noe is a professional you can put your trust in.

At 4:15 p.m. yesterday my tenant called to report a major leak in the backyard from the secondary water supply. Very pleased with this plumbing company. Noe was professional, prompt, very reasonable. I needed an emergency repair for one of my showers- valve cartridge needed replacing as it was causing a slow leak in the ceiling below. Noe was upfront and honest.
