Overpriced & unorganized, very unorganized. They come to your house, work for 2-3 hours and say they have to leave, lose your paperwork in the process, also come to your house and ask if they can use your toilet ( stink it up ). Unbelievable, but job was prepaid so really had no choice. Would not recommend.
Maureen M.My husband and I made an appointment at Litt's for February 22, 2022 to look and pick out a kitchen sink and faucet. We had a young girl who appeared fairly new she had to stop and ask other's question while helping us. We were there at least 2 hours picked out the sink and faucet. She wrote down what we picked out and handed it to us. I said dont you need to make a copy and take our name and number and she laughed and said Yes Of Course and then said she would give to owner and 'someone will call you'.
Today is April 16,2022 and no-one has called us. I understand if you are backed on orders and busy but no-one can call and say anything like we didn't forget you and we want your business? .
No I didn't call them I wanted to see how long or if they ever would. In the meantime we took our business elsewhere and already have the sink and faucet.
David K.I can tackle a lot of home diy projects, bit plumbing is a weakness of mine. Litt's is always there with the right parts and advice when a job can be done diy. When the job is complicated, their staff is knowledgeable and thorough.
Paula H.Wow! It's unbelievable to me that the ONLY review for Litt's is FIVE years ago! I'm leaving my review now, even though the job is not yet complete. I'm having a new vanity installed in my bathroom; the vanity is in awaiting for the top from the company Jerry, the owner, deals with to finish making it. When Jerry came to give me an estimate and draw up the blueprint for the vanity, he noticed that the old vanity covered the vent that allows heat and AC into the room. The new vanity now has a vent at the base. While awaiting the new top for the vanity, my ole sink was installed so I have something to use. I have called weekly for status of the top and Jerry has always been pleasant to me. To add to what I had done, our dryer lint output hose fell out and Jerry I asked if that was something that they could replace; Jerry had his guys out the next day and they did a super job. Normally, I get handymen, but my experience with doing so has only led to spending money for shoddy work. It's worthwhile to spend more money for peace of mind. I highly recommend Litt's and they're very busy duty this pandemic, doing an awesome job.
We are homeowners who have been using Litt's Plumbing Kitchen & Bath for remodels as well as repairs for over five (5) years. They have consistently exceeded our expectations in both service and quality. Their responsiveness to urgencies cannot be topped. We recently (after a holiday weekend) had an issue with our kitchen sink and the owner's son himself came out with the equipment to take care of our problem the day following the holiday even though their schedule was full.
On larger jobs their assessment of the issue and the solution have been right on target. When fixes have not been easy, they problem solve and get it done RIGHT!
They installed a new shower for our master bath. It looks like new after five years. The nobly issue we have had with it was a finish defect in a Moen grab bar. They ordered a new one and installed it in under two weeks and there was no charge to us.
It is a family owned business and they treat us like one of their family. We feel very safe with their men coming into our house, even though we are older and often only one of us is home. We highly recommend them to anyone who want quality and reasonably priced plumbing service.
Wes V.A couple of my neighbors recommended Litt's so I felt pretty good about having them redo my bathroom.
They were professional while the project was getting started. They gave us reasonable options (cabinets, sink, colors, etc.). The prices were OK.
I was initially happy with the work that Litt's did. Then the shower surround started leaking. The walls were installed incorrectly. We found this out several months after the job was ""finished"". Unfortunately, since I didn't have another bathroom available at the time, the repair had to wait. Aaarrgghh!
When Litt's finally did come to fix the problem, they chipped the shower surround and the grab bars. We complained because the guy doing the drywall was doing a terrible job, so they sent out another, more conscientious, worker. He finished the job and we are showering once again.
I have a feeling that if Litt's does the job right the first time, everything will be fine. If anything goes wrong, bad things may happen. Use caution.
