I would highly recommend Littles. We recently purchased our home and had them come out to pump the septic tank out. In doing so they noticed a few things wrong with it that was causing us issues. The gentleman pumping it out brought it to our attention and said he could have someone call us with an estimate to fix it. The next morning, we had an estimate, and they came out quickly to repair. While doing so he noticed water in our crawl space. We told him about the issue and how we tried to fix it. He said they could fix it and would call with an estimate. They called the next day and put us on their schedule. Excellent work along with very professional knowledgeable workers.

We woke up to a mess when a floor drain backed up. Called these guys and they dispatched someone right away. I couldn't believe the response time. He was equipped for various possibilities, was very knowledgeable and polite, and stayed until we were comfortable with the results! Will definitely use again!

Big Fat Zero!!! Would be our review. We have used Little's Plumbing four times now in the past year. Septic sewage kept backing up into the house. Beyond disgusting! First time for a $1100.00 they said the drain out of the tank needed replaced. Then the tank needed pumped out. But I could see there was hardly anything in the tank. Another $250. Then a couple months later backed up again. I didn't want them to run a camera because it's way to expensive and how the CRAP ,literally, can you see through the crap. Can't. Oh, but the tech insisted of corse. $225 to use the camera. I told the tech that I was sure the old pipe from the house to the tank had collapsed. Which it had! Another $1100 to dig five feet and replace the pipe and put in a easy access clean out drain. Well guess what. This week about 5 months thinking all was well, backed up again with the rain. Tech came Wednesday October 3. 2018 and just had to run the camera and cleared the drain from the new clean out. Low and behold he found that the guys that replaced the pipe had only replaced half the length into the house not the entire length. Call with estimate the next day. That will be guess what? $1100. Haha. Told them I think they should have fixed it properly the last time. Little's should make it right. I paid to have if replaced already. Haven't heard a word and can't get a call back. Bunch of CRAP.

This company is the worst ever to do business with. I called on a problem with my tank. The woman that answered the phone insisted that the tank needed pumped. A guy came out pumped my tank, charged me $220 for pumping my tank. Then proceeded to tell me the pump only had clear water in it that it didn't need pumped, that wasn't my problem. He stated he would have someone from his office call me back, waited several months no phone call. I called them back, told me within 15 minutes what was truly wrong with my tank but refused to give back the $220 nor did they offer to apply it to fixing the true problem. Not to mention the owner was very very rude. I would never use this company again and would not ever recommend them to anyone.

Would highly recommend going with anyone else. Very poor customer service. They sent a technician to service our problem and he had NEVER dealt with the problem we had, even though we were promised someone with experience dealing with our specific problem. Was charged full price even though no actual work was done to fix our problem, and an experienced technician was never even offered as an alternative to come out and fix our problem. Be very careful here, you might get suckered into the same bad service we received. Disappointed that a local business would not guarantee their work. Call someone else if you want a true professional.
