Unbelievably bad experience. First, he stood me up four times, saying he would be there and not showing up or calling. Then, when he finally installed the auxiliary heater (the job I hired him for), he was unable to get the main heater relit. He left me without my main source of heat and without lighting the pilot on the oven. He had already cashed my check (for $700) and wanted to be paid an additional amount (it was two hours of work). When I told him he'd have to send me a bill, he screamed and ranted. I had to tell him to leave. I was a little afraid of him.
