I can't say enough good things about Little Tommys. We had them out today for an odd plumbing issue; the two guys who helped us arrived within two hours of our call and were knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and charged a very fair price for their services. They even got a few laughs out of me during an otherwise stressful/difficult situation! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable plumber!

I needed my toilet and vanity put back into the bathroom. They called me at 11:30am to say he'd be here in 30 minutes. After 40 minutes, when I called the dispatcher to see how much longer, she told me he's about another 20 minutes away. That's an hour from when she originally told me he'd be here! What makes it worse is that when I mentioned it was longer than 30 minutes, she was not apologetic at all and just said he'd be there soon. Please respect people's time. I'm still waiting for him to come, and upset that I'm going to have to pay the ridiculous amount they charge to begin with.
*update: the tech came and said it would be $500 to install everything back in, which they never told us ahead of time, but are claiming they did. He said if he left without doing work, we'd have to pay an $89 dispatcher fee. Reluctantly, to not lose $89, I had him install just our toilet for $250. I am never using them again. I feel robbed. Such an unprofessional and upsetting experience.

I have used Little Tommys several times now, so I am confident with this review, They have come out for something as minor as a disposal problem to redoing the pipes for our hot water heater. All workers are professional, neat, and polite. I would recommend their service and ask about their VIP program. If you are a homeowner I think it is worth it.

Mike was our service tech, he diagnosed the leak and provided 2 scenarios. We were pleased that he took a conservative approach and remedied the issue. We knew upfront what our exposure was going to be. It is refreshing that we found a plumber with integrity. We will use them again!!!

I don't normally post reviews, but after my experience with Little Tommy's, I felt compelled to post. I called them based on other positive reviews rather than a personal referral, so I did not know what to expect. I was more than pleasantly surprised. The customer service was outstanding. Everyone at the company, from the courteous, helpful staff who answer the phones, to the plumbers, treated me kindly and respectfully. I felt like I was a longtime, valued customer instead of a first-time patron. The plumbers not only knew their stuff, but were honest and did not try to talk me into doing unnecessary work. They did everything they promised to do, when they promised to do it, and the prices for that work were fair. I would definitely use them again, and will refer family and friends to them if the occasions arise. Overall, a great company and a great experience.

Little Tommy's time and again has worked on my house and provided exceptional service. I first used them to reroute a drainage pipe in my yard. They came a day early and had it done for a reasonable price.
Last week I needed an emergency gas leak fixed. No problem. Tech was here in an hour and had the repair completed in two hours.
Based on that repair I had them inspect and now replace both my furnaces. Their prices are beyond reasonable and they are willing to go the extra mile to make sure every repair and install is of the highest standards.

They found that the furnace exhaust had never been installed properly years before I purchased this home and repaired everything at no extra cost.

I can't recommend them enough.

Couldn't be happier with the service we got from Little Tommy's. We were recently taken advantage of by another company. Little Tommy's was honest and very thorough. The city spoke highly of them as well saying that they are trustworthy and honest. Always a good sign when the city likes them too! So happy we chose Little Tommy's after interviewing a few places. Ken, Jordan and Rico were great!!!! Im sure all of Little Tommy's employees are though!! Highly highly recommend them!!

I have officially changed plumbing services. I had Little Tommy's Plumbing Shop out today. Ken was the service tech who came out, he was great. Ken looked at the issues then he told me the least expensive solution to try first. That worked! I liked him.

As a new owner of a rental building, I couldn't feel luckier that I found Little Tommy's! We had an issue with a clogged sewer line. I didn't know about Little Tommy's then and I called whoever I could find to come rodder out the line. Then those plumbers started laying on the scare tactics about flooding and needing to upgrade to a $12,000 system!
I started to do a bit of research and received a recommendation from a friend to call Little Tommy's. Tom came out, looked over the system and gave me some great suggestions. He was practical, well reasoned and not at all an alarmist - best of all, their work was done quickly, professionally and reasonably! The office staff was very organized and helpful as well. Little Tommy's Plumbing Shop is a great all-around, professional company and I recommend their work without reservation!

It was my first day in a new apartment 1BD/1BA and I noticed that when I flushed the toiler water started dripping down the side, landlord was apologetic and said she would try to get plumber in right away but it was 2:00 in the afternoon on Friday and I had my doubts but within 90 minutes a really big friendly guy came to the door, thought it funny since they are ""little tommy's""

The plumber was Ken and he couldn't have been more genuinely nice, not faking it, and not cranky because his Friday was about to get longer, just the kind of guy who made you immediately comfortable, and he went to work to fix it, but as soon as he got the toilet apart he discovered three problems not just one.

As I listened to him describe the situation to the landlord I could hear his expertise, he explained the problems talked cost of fixing vs replacing. You would think I would have been happy that the landlord said replace but I was worried that I would have no toilet all weekend and this is where I can't tell you enough how great they were.

He called Doug at the office and asked him if they had the right replacement in house but of course they didn't so Doug drove an hour in Friday afternoon traffic to a distribution warehouse to get one, while Ken was waiting for Doug he routed the sinks and shower fixed clogged faucet sprayers, I couldn't stick around because I had more stuff to move, but I trusted Ken to stay in the place and I never even heard of their business before. That's what a winning guy Ken is, likable, trustworthy, and really knowledgeable

Doug came in did the install and didn't finish until well into the evening sending me a text after 8 that it was done,

All I can say is thank you!! Can you imagine first night in new apartment without a bathroom? The only thing I can't comment on is pricing because my landlord covered it, but for them to go all out on a Friday night to get this done was AWESOME!!
