Full transparency, this is my email I submitted to the company. Here's my experience:

Good morning
I finally found out why my shower was leaking after your plumber replaced the shower valve. Apparently he did not remove the cartridge before sweating the copper pipes. Due to the high heat and every plumber knows that there are rubber gaskets inside of the shower valve within the cartridge and instead of removing the cartridge and sweating the copper pipes, he left everything in place dust melting the rubber gaskets, I was only able to find this out after talking to the manufacturer of the valve Simmons, as well as having someone else come out and remove the cartridge to see that the gaskets had been melted. I say all this to say that I chose you on Yelp for high reviews. However, my experience has been dismal. You initially quoted me $850 to replace the shower valve after I submitted photos so there is transparency in the scope of work that needed to be done. When I went to confirm, the charge went up to over $950. And I had to pay 50% of the amount in advance although legally, I'm only obligated to pay 1/3 of the cost. Reluctantly I did so when your plumber arrived, he wanted to charge me an additional $250. After I was stern on not paying the additional cost, he begrudgingly did the work and I wonder if he purposely left the cartridge in so I would call you back. When I called you back and told you my shower neck was still leaking you sent him back out to "check his work" and I received a bill for over $100 as a service fee. In addition to an estimate to replace the cartridge for over $300. Do you think that this is moral? Nonetheless our group you in with the rest of mediocre overpriced trades on the island who care more about taking peoples money than doing quality workmanship. I will also be submitting the same text on Yelp.

A toilet cleaner object accidentally got flushed down the toilet couple days ago, which caused my toilet to get clogged. I panicked whenI flushed the toilet, because it looked like it was going to overflow. I called Little Big Plumbing in the evening, and they were willing to come out that night, but at a little higher price. I opted to make an appointment for the next day.

Michael called me, asking if he could fix the toilet earlier, and we were able to meet at an earlier time. He was on time, polite, and professional. He asked what could have caused the toilet to clog, and I showed him a non-used toilet cleaner object, which he greatly appreciated. He unclogged the toilet, and tested it at least 5 times to ensure that it was fixed. He even asked if I wanted him to turn over the toilet, which I declined. He told me there was a 24 hour warranty for that toilet from clogging up.

Michael brought wipes, and ensured whatever mess he had made was cleaned up.

He even did an easy fix (for him) for my water level in my tank.

I'd definitely would call the for any plumbing problems. The only draw back was the black stain from the plunger, and that can be fixed with a pumice stone and/or a denture cleaner tablets.

I needed to replace my toilet since it had a crack. Michael came to do the replacement, and he was courteous, professional, and he kept the area clean as he was removing the old toilet, and installing the new one. I peeked into look, and the old toilet was on a pad to not damage the floor and tub.
He even had me flush the new toilet, so I would know the sound.
I have done business with them before, and they did a wonderful job.

I called LBP and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful receptionist. (Unlike the other places I called) I described my problem and the job I needed done and she booked an appointment for 2 days later.
The plumber (Michael) called me half an hour before his scheduled time and said he would be there in 30 minutes. He was right on time!! (When does that happen?!?!) Upon arrival he entered my house without shoes, a big deal for me. I showed him what I needed done and he said no problem. He worked quickly and attacked each of the 3 issues diligently. The 3rd task was snaking a washer drain that has been stuck for a loooooong time. He spent an hour working on the drain and unfortunately was unsuccessful. I was impressed at the time and energy he put in to it and he himself was also disappointed that he couldn't clear it. (side note: I haven't used that drain in 6 years, my fault that its so jammed) When he gave me the bill, it was fair and honest but the most amazing part: he didn't charge me for the HOUR he worked on the drain! Not many places would do that! He said he had to get one more part for my shower and would call to schedule that install.
His sweet receptionist called to schedule the install within 2 days. Once again, he arrived promptly and worked efficiently.
I would DEFINITELY recommend LBP, Michael is professional, clean, quick and knowledgeable.

As homeowners in a condominium, one of the biggest fears that we have is having a flood occur from our upstairs neighbors which could leak into our unit or for OUR plumbing to burst which may cause damage below. So, while we originally planned to upgrade our kitchen sink and faucet fixture, we inspected our unit's plumbing and discovered that the supply line to our water heater had rusted (even though it's only 3 years old). We quickly called Little Big Plumbing to address this issue before our fear could materialize.

Making an appointment through Megan was quick and easy. My husband described the issues, provided our address and then all we needed to do was wait. Megan scheduled Mike (owner/master plumber) to come to our unit and he arrived right on time! He quickly changed out the supply line with copper pipe, which is a lot more durable than what was originally there. We even discussed our plan to replace our kitchen sink with Mike and replacing our washing machine valves with copper ones as we're concerned about durability and safety. He will be placing an order for the deeper kitchen sink model that we selected and will return to install it.

Mike was personable and efficient. He provided an invoice which itemized materials, labor and estimate for upcoming sink removal/installation and washing machine valve replacements. We look forward to his return because now we can rest assured that we won't have a water heater burst.

This was my second time having Little Big Plumbing do work at my house. My electric water heater was old, rusty and seeped water sometimes so I gave them a call before it turned into a bigger problem. Mike came out promptly, discussed different options like solar, tankless and traditional tanked water heaters. We decided a tanked would best meet my needs and budget. I had them supply the water heater and they installed it flawlessly. They even took the old tank. Little Big Plumbing is a pleasure to work with, it's good to have a plumber you can trust.

I had such a positive, initial first encounter with Mike and Brendalyn of Little Big Plumbing. He did seem very nice and patient, and willing to go through all the things wrong with our solar water heater. It is 120 gallons and in a tight spot. I had such high hopes that he and his staff would be able to help us and take on this job (@ one of the higher bids, btw). He emailed the invoice, we thought about it for a day and decided to go with his company. Then, SUPRISE! I get a phone call from Mike the next day saying he didn't feel comfortable dealing with such a large heater and the potential it had for damaging the house as they tried to bring it out and down the stairs. He and his crew were all small guys, he said, about 150 lbs each. He even wanted us to go with a smaller heater, even though 7 people depend on it for hot water and, clearly that would've been a struggle. He left us high and dry (pun intended) with only a referral to Ponchos Solar. He wasted mine and my family's time. Meanwhile I'm heating up water in my microwave to give my 15 month old a bath at night. He really did disappoint us. So I really don't know what kind of work they do, because he refused to do it. He should've refused from the very beginning and not wasted our time. The funny thing is we are planning a number of plumbing jobs to refurbish our home and as a result, we don't trust him and have to start from scratch to find a new plumber.

This company was assigned by AHS. They provided excellent customer service and support. Tom the plumber was prompt, called ahead to let me know he was 10 minutes away. He replaced my corroded sink and leaky faucet, cleared away the trash and debris. Great company to deal with. Highly recommend
