Great service and work!

I have used Little B Plumbing a few times for different issues, including replacing toilets, faucets, and a jetted tub repair, and I can only recommend them. Brian came in the time frame of the appointment and the work was done professionally, clean, in a timely manner, and at a great price. I am don't understand why people leave the nasty reviews for Little B Plumbing, I highly recommend them!!! Thank you

little b plumbing WOLCOTT CT... i would not use this company ever ever again. terrible customer service. the woman that answers the phone and brian the actual plumber were so rude and disrepectful when i called. they acted like they were doing me a favor. they were getting paid for a service. even when i called for an appointment it seemed that it was a bother. i would never recommend this company! when Brian came to do the work he was just RUDE.. Not friendly at all. It was awkward and very uncomfortable.

Called this place once when I was looking to get some estimates on having some drain pipe replaced. Out of the 4 places I called Little B was the only one that wanted to charge me for an hours labor ($90.00), just to stop by my house to tell me what he wanted to charge me to do plumbing work. I seriously said to the receptionist ""You guys want to charge me to tell me how much you're going to charge me?"" She just said ""Yes"". Good luck with that guys. I used someone else. You should too.
