Liriano Plumbing knows what it's about and is a plumbing service designed for the modern age and consumer, but has not foregone the courtesy and professionalism standards and ethic of the past. I requested a visit online and got an upfront price (as well as a general idea of the services). I was a bit skeptical when I saw only 5-star reviews, but I went ahead and I trusted them given the nicely-made website, elegant appearance, and state-of-the-art user interface. Ed showed up at 7:58 AM (time interval was 8-10 AM), which is rarer than a 70ºF day in August, but so much welcomed. He quickly diagnosed the issue, connected the dots between the toilet and the shower, and in the long run said it was not necessary to go further with testing, thus saving me money. I valued his honesty, cordial manner, professionalism, and promptness. Everything felt so effortless and reassuring. I've found a plumber!

Great customer service and very timely service! We called several plumbers and no one was able to give us an appropriate ETA. All were like a 5 hour window, but with Liriano we spoke directly to the plumber versus a customer service agent and he gave us an exact timeframe. Sent us our estimate right away and arrived on time. Was able to fix our kitchen sink almost immediately and even warned us we were going to have to replace our outdoor water valve soon since it was leaking. Very professional, knowledgeable, and decently priced. Highly recommend!!

We needed work performed at my mother-in-law's home for a number of plumbing issues. Text communication with firm and arrived for the estimate Appointment, as scheduled. Communicated an estimate in writing within 24 hours and scheduled the job time for the following week. Text communication of pending arrival and arrived on time. Work was done quickly and Ed was easy to talk to as he explained what he performed and the kitchen drain problem and dripping outside spigot work and looks great! I was having hard time with my kitchen sink leaking and we could not identify the cause of the problem. So I made an appointment. Mr. Liriano arrived on time and he identified the issue with water filter and fixed other leaked issue right away. Very professional and friendly withe reasonable price.Problem solved. I made another appointment for my other long tern planned project as well since I know he's the man who can finish this job.
