Liriano Plumbing knows what it's about and is a plumbing service designed for the modern age and consumer, but has not foregone the courtesy and professionalism standards and ethic of the past. I requested a visit online and got an upfront price (as well as a general idea of the services). I was a bit skeptical when I saw only 5-star reviews, but I went ahead and I trusted them given the nicely-made website, elegant appearance, and state-of-the-art user interface. Ed showed up at 7:58 AM (time interval was 8-10 AM), which is rarer than a 70ºF day in August, but so much welcomed. He quickly diagnosed the issue, connected the dots between the toilet and the shower, and in the long run said it was not necessary to go further with testing, thus saving me money. I valued his honesty, cordial manner, professionalism, and promptness. Everything felt so effortless and reassuring. I've found a plumber!

When I decided to remodel my apartment I did what everyone suggested and got 3 different estimates. Here are the reasons why Liriano Construction/Plumbing should be your choice for ANY kind of remodeling/plumbing: PROFESSIONALISM- Osmel Liriano was the ONLY ONE of the 3 contractors that didn't complain about the association or about having to take equipment and/or supplies to and from the second floor. He took all the measurements needed on our first meet and within 3 days I had an itemized estimate. FYI- FULLY LICENSED! CLEANLINESS: One of my main concerns was finding a contractor that I trusted enough to leave to work and not concern myself with what was happening at home. The hallway outside my apartment showed no signs that the apartment itself had been stripped down to the bones. I had no complaints from my neighbors, on the contrary, all I heard was how great they all were. METICULOUS/STRONG WORK ETHIC: If it doesn't look right, they'll be the first ones to say it. There's no need to check their work, they're extremely picky and takes pride in what they do. WHAT WAS DONE: - They removed my existing tile and installed the new wood look tile. - Gutted the kitchen and opened it up. - Removed my extremely large mirrored wall. - Replaced my tank water heater for an electric wall unit and did the necessary rewiring. - Installed recess lighting in the bathrooms, hall and kitchen area. - Gutted and remodeled both bathrooms. Master bath had water damage at one point and the previous owners """"fixed"""" the leak but left the damaged drywall and tried to match the hideous tile. - Installed barn door. - Brought my plumbing up to code, including toilets which were not properly set up for an apartment. - One of my favorite things... they recommended that I remove my slide door because it was damaged and if I changed it down the road, it would leave a gap in my tile. WOW!!! What a difference that made! My balcony was already sealed off with impact windows so now I have more square footage indoors! There are no words to express how incredibly grateful I am with Liriano Plumbing and Liriano Construction. Don't think twice about giving them a call, you won't regret it.

There are few things worse than being 2 days before New Years with a main drain clog, especially when it is a Sunday. No toilets, no showers, no laundry. Reading through the other reviews, I contacted Ed at Liriano Plumbing. He was very accommodating. The reviews are correct. Ed is an honest, knowledgeable, and efficient professional. He also spent extra time to make sure everything was clean and working, not just the part of the drain that caused my issue. I definitely am glad I made the decision to call Ed. Everything works great!

Excellent team. Very respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. They are very honest. They will review the job with you and text you the quote. They are on-time and will send a reminder to alert you that they are on their way. They are extremely professional and a pleasure to do business with. I had a toilet incorrectly installed by a handyman and it started to leak to the first floor. They examined the problem and resolved it by sealing the toilet correctly. There are no more leaks. I also had a clogged drain which they instantly resolved. I am very thankful to have found such a wonderful team of plumbers. I will call them again plus refer as well. Thank you !!!

I was having hard time with my kitchen sink leaking and we could not identify the cause of the problem. So I made an appointment. Mr. Liriano arrived on time and he identified the issue with water filter and fixed other leaked issue right away. Very professional and friendly withe reasonable price.Problem solved. I made another appointment for my other long tern planned project as well since I know he's the man who can finish this job.
