I truly believed Liquid Systems Plus and the owner, Charles (Chuck) Baptiste was a reputable and trustworthy plumber, as he was recommended by a work associate of mine. Unfortunately my experience with this company and the owner has been quite surprising (in a bad way) and disappointing. Work was not completed on time- and currently remains incomplete- but when asked about the progress and status, this plumber launched into a VERY ANGRY tirade that included cussing, using expletives, and YELLING at the top of his lungs. I was very surprised at this response, as clearly this owner is a very angry individual, and appears to be easily disturbed. I found his conduct to be very unprofessional and inappropriate. His customer service is non-existent, to say the least. He claims to be one of Columbia's premier plumbers, but BEWARE of this angry, angry individual....hope he finishes the job, at least.
