We had an issue with another company we hired originally where they lied to us about the reason for failure and gave our home warranty company another story - which left us out of coverage.

Philip was not only patient with us to understand the dilemma we were stuck in, he helped us with a quote and was patient till we got reimbursement approvals to get the job done.

He truly went above and beyond, I know who I will be solely calling for my water heater and home care needs going forward. It is hard to find someone you can trust and I am happy that I do not have that problem anymore.

He is professional, patient, understanding and listens to his customers. Most people don't do this well or even care to try at all in my opinion when I compare that to the compassion and detail-oriented dedication Philip puts in his work.

I know I thanked you guys in person, thank you again for helping bring hot water back into our lives without breaking the bank!

When our kitchen sink got clogged, I did what I normally do when I need to find a service -- I checked NextDoor. As usual, my neighbors had a fantastic recommendation for a plumber with Liquid Innovations, and I was happy to support a locally-owned Aurora business. Philip was very accommodating, and despite having a number of calls already on the books, he fit me in a short while after I called. He was responsive, let me know his ETA, showed up promptly and on-time, and did excellent and affordable work to fix our sink. Also, in the time of COVID, we get nervous to let anyone into our house. My concerns were immediately allayed, as I could tell he took the pandemic as seriously as we did. He wore a mask, shoe covers, and sanitized everything he touched (including the door knob on his way out.) He was professional, friendly, and made quick work of our clogged sink. He also left us a little flashlight keychain for his business, which will come in handy and will also keep Liquid Innovations top of mind for any plumbing needs our family may have. Our water heater died on a Saturday afternoon and Philip came over that night to diagnose the problem and get the ball rolling. He was very upfront about everything and let me know what my best options were. He installed the water heater the next day even though it was a Sunday because he genuinely cared about us having hot water. I could not be happier with his service and his communication throughout the process. He's a great guy and I would highly recommend.

He was able to come the next day, inspected both toilets based on an inspection objection, only took care of the one toilet that actually needed to be fixed, instead of fixing something that wasn't broken and charging us extra. Great work by Philip at Liquid Innovations. Professional, pleasant and skilled. Encountered a much tougher job than we knew about at time of quote. He bent over backward to complete the job and was able to accommodate our schedule. He stuck with the quote even though it took him 3-4 times longer to complete due to complicated nature of the job in an old house. I highly recommend. Thanks Phillip!
