I couldn't be more enthusiastic and appreciative of this fantastic company. Mr. Salvador is an honest businessman who does what he says he will for the price quoted. An attorney colleague referred me to Mr. Salvador after the plumbing backed up in December. Mr. Salvador spent 2.5 hrs patiently rooting out the line all the way to the main. He could have charged me 3x the price or decided to excavate and replace the pipe.
Last week another company quoted me $1,640 to replace a toilet and no it was not gold-plated. Mr. Salvador quickly replaced it for a fair and reasonable price.
He originally came out to repair a broken pipe gushing 60 gallons per hour according to the disinterested utility employee.
Mr. Salvador crawled under the house discovered and capped a leaking pipe. Rather than declaring it repaired, he referred me to a leak detection company. Later, he and his son dug up the area, completed the job quickly and replaced the turf. I really appreciate his work.

After getting a quote in the thousands of dollars from a National company (who immediately had a financing plan for us to sign) we got a second opinion and a fix on the same day from Lions at a fraction of the cost as well as a great explanation of what happened and how to prevent it in the future.

Great company and service. I manage residential rental properties and I had the main water supply valve leaking. I didn't agree with whoever contractor installed in the past this stupid valve outside 3 feet underground and very hard to locate or reach to shut off in case of emergency. Anyone would have just charged me arms & legs, and simply change the valve to the new one. However, Salvador did the right thing by removing the completely and installing the valve, not underground outside, but inside the property out of the foul weather condition. Great service, knowledge, and hard working company! I'm going to hire him lot more for other properties that I manage because I trust HIM, reliable, and trustworthy!

A pipe burst and our family of 7 were without water. Every plumber we called was too busy to check it out. I called Lions and even though they were booked, he came out after he finished the job he was on (6 pm on a Saturday!) to help. He was professional, kind, and very fair! I've already shared their number with my friends and family!!

Cesar was able to fit me in on short notice. Fixed the leak efficiently and professionally. His cost to fix was also very reasonable. Highly recommend him!
He figured out a professional way to attach 2 drains from washer & water conditioner hoses into the 2"" standpipe drain.

I had a report from a sewer scope done prior to me living in the house which recommended a specific action. Opening one of the sewer caps showed standing water, so it was important to address the issue before it became worse.

In coming to quote the work based upon the report, I was unable to state whether the line had been cleared for the scope that produced the report. Salvador convinced me that I should clear the line first, and then rescope it, to ensure that the report was correct. I'm glad that I listened to him, because the report had indicated repairs that were unnecessary. Ones which would've cost over $4k and *wouldn't have corrected the actual issue*.

Salvador cleared the line and then rescoped it. The actual issue was evident from the scope he ran on the cleared line - and was much smaller. He was able to repair it immediately. The resulting cost was less than half of what I would've paid if I had trusted the report - rather than listening to Salvador and following his recommendations ... a recommendation that saved me thousands of dollars, and (most importantly) actually corrected a real problem.

I couldn't be happier with my choice to use Lions Rooter Drain Cleaning, and recommend them without question or reservation.

Our pump stopped working and we called several plumbers, the first of which could come was Salvador from Lions. He came within an hour! When diagnosing the problem and explaining the cost associated, he kicked the pump and it fixed it straight away! He made sure it was working before he left, and you can bet when that pump does fail and need replacing, Salvador is the first plumber we will call.

After arriving to evaluate the issue, I was quoted verbally $150. By the time we were back downstairs he said it was $250. Just like that he switched price and then argued with me that he had quoted the $250 not $150. I said I would never do business with someone who changes a price one hundred dollars after two minutes and then lies and argues at me about it.
I would never hire this company.
Also, turns out it was a $10 wax seal that needed replacing. Done by two friends in exchange for dinner.
