This company is a fraud. They come across as being professional; however, they send inexperienced individuals to your home with phones and iPads to which they use to take pictures, write reports and to call or message others for assistance. They looked at my garbage disposal without making an attempt to clear it with the key then said they needed to take it out to determine what was wrong with it. Price quoted was close to $400 (smh) so I asked for a price for new install and that price was $700+. I declined, then took them to my basement to clear a tub and toilet drain that was draining slow. Again, they took pictures, told me that they could put a solution in the tub to clear it and that they had small snake to clear toilet. I waited and waited while they keyed this information in on their iPad to then be quoted around $390 for this job. At that point I asked them to leave. I called another vendor who cleared my garage disposal at no charge because it wasn't a big issue and cleared not only the basement bathroom drains but my upper bathroom drains for a cost under $300. This company, if they had their way would have charged me between $395 -$700 for garbage disposal repair or replacement and approximately $390 and up for just basement drains (terrible) and at that point I wouldn't have had them fix my upper bathroom drains because every area was averaging $390 and up. I would have paid them close to or over $1,200 for a service that cost me under $300 with another vendor. FRAUD

Lion installed a tankless water heater for us. The work and communication was great. They were punctual and completed the work ahead of schedule. We are beyond satisfied with Lion Plumbing and plan to use them for future projects.
