I had flushed a scrubber head down the toilet by accident. I tried to clear the clog on my own, but was unsuccessful. I needed a new toilet installed in a mobile home, and I also needed the p-trap changed out in a hallway tub.
They gave me an accurate estimate for the work and provided a variety of times. I asked for work on another project, and they let me know that they do not do that type of work; they didn't try to do something that they weren't 100% confident in.
They came on time to the job and did exactly what they said they would do without cutting corners. I provided a toilet and a drain plug; they brought the piping and the knowledge of how to make it all work correctly.
They made sure that I could see that their work was finished and water tight before they closed up. They did a neat job and were respectful of the house (no shoes in the house).
Honest, punctual, and competent.
I'll definitely keep them in mind for my next plumbing job!

Our toilet was clogged and I tried for days to clear it. I was quoted a price and it was very reasonable. When he got here he couldn't clear it but he went above and beyond and removed my toilet and found what was causing the back up. We were both surprised! A bottle!

He was very professional. When entering the house he removed his shoes and went right to work. He kept me up to date on what he was doing and when he had to try something else he asked me first and gave be the breakdown. I will definitely be calling him again for any plumbing issues.

This was an amazing experience with Cesar and crew. We had a terrible broken shower which they quickly fixed, but the rest of the bathroom was still a sad mess. (We have an MCM home which now has dated fixtures and the plumbing is the part that is really beginning to crumble.) When we talked to Cesar, we found out he could do the bathroom remodel quickly and reasonably. He was more than willing to reuse some of the fixtures to keep costs down, and did a great job with all the materials. He recommended materials that wouldn't cost as much and was super pleasant to work with. I know nothing about shopping for this kind of stuff, and he was great about ideas and recommending where to find things. He had some good suggestions about the shower that would make it slightly more comfortable to use (it's a really small space!) He and his crew were really careful and kept a clean work area. I would highly recommend him, and hope to use his services again soon for another bathroom remodel.
