We hired Cesar's team for toilets installation. Cesar is very responsive and punctual, the pricing he quoted was decent and he did a good job for us. The only reason for reducing a star is the below: We wanted hand showers(bidets) for the toilets installed too, which we hadn't requested in the estimate earlier. We could've done it ourselves as on the older ones, but since they were changing into new ones asked them to fit. The pricing for fitting the bidets seemed a bit expensive, as he mentioned each new item has an additional price. Otherwise he did a good job, cleaned up and hauled away old items too.

I reached out for jetter service after the first plumbers that came out couldn't fully clear the clog in our lines and Cesar responded very quickly. He came out and did a great job. Our kitchen sink got clogged. I asked around on Yelp later in the night and got back from Cesar early next morning. He offered same day service with a reasonable price. He came with all the equipments and experience needed for this job and fixed the clogging within an hour. He was very good at his job. And nice as well. I will recommend him to my neighbors if they want to find a plumber next time.

Reached out to Cesar for what I thought was a quick simple unclogging of my tub, but come to find out I had a slightly different problem. I called Cesar for having a look at our kitchen sink to replace the faucet. He did point out that the sink plumbing itself had a leak and would be good to take care of it now rather than later. He gave us a quote for doing both the faucet and the plumbing repairs underneath the sink and replacing the insinkerator.

He then bought all the parts, started the repairs. Mid way through he pointed out that the valves were no longer compatible with the faucet pipes and would need to be replaced and provided a quote for that. We approved the additional work and then Cesar completed and did a great job. The new plumbing looks much cleaner and organized than what we had. During the plumbing testing it also loosened some gunk in the kitchen sewer line and Cesar immediately and cleanly took care of it by opening the emergency kitchen outlet which was very good thinking.

He also did some caulking work for the sink and that was well done too.

Overall 5 star for his work, but one star less as he can do a better job of estimating/providing what additional work can come up during routine repairs.
