This dude came over because our pipes froze this winter. I was work when he was there, but we talked in length the night before about the frozen pipes. He was 3 hrs late-but I don't consider that a big deal (shit happens). But he literally, instead of fixing the problem, just put in 2 shut off valves so the back half of our house which includes the utility room, master bath, etc. And then he hit the road before I got home from work but not before charging my wife $350 for 2 SHUT OFF VALES! I could of put those in. I was hiring him to fix out pipes. His adds should day VLAVE GUY not plumber. Jerk

He came out and worked in the rain to dig a hole in mud to fix our plumbing issues. Couldn't ask for a nicer guy and will most definitely use him in the future
