I was impressed with this company from the start. We had a leak under the slab of our house, a real beast of a plumbing issue for sure. They showed up ready to tackle it and worked many hours to get under our house and find and repair the leak. They are so professional! These guys are worth every penny.

Good service here. Marcus replaced the sewer lines under my house to the tune of approximately $22,000. While not the cheapest bid, he made me feel the best about it as it was completely stressing me out. I spoke to 5 other companies while seeking bids. The house was moving around due to leaking sewer lines. Marcus even came out a couple of months after to do another sewer test and didn't charge me for it. Less red tape in these smaller companies I'm sure. I'll be calling them out again without hesitation.

Marcus came when another 5 Star plumber couldn't make it until the following week. He did an excellent job, even completely replacing the drainpipes. He came on time and did it for the price he quoted which was $20 less than the other 5 Star company.

Marcus with Links Plumbing Services was nothing short of AWESOME. Firstly he was very friendly and went out of his way to provide service as soon as possible. He was flexible with his time and really made an effort to work with me and fit me in his schedule.

When he arrived he assessed the situation and provided me with a very reasonable and accurate quote as well as let me know exactly how he was going to fix the issue and why the price was set the way it was. He also made sure to inspect the house to determine the best and most efficient solution. Before I agreed he actually left because I needed to talk to my husband if we wanted to use his service. He did not charge me for the quote or the assessment.

Later that day I called him and he returned to do his work AND more! Since I just moved into my house he also did a little maintainace on all the rest of my plumbing since I thought it would be great for him to do so after seeing him work so well with the main issue of a blocked pipe.

All in all he has excellent knowledge, exceptional service, polite, and efficient. He also has a lot of connections with people in all aspects of "house fixings".

I really recommend him and his company and will definitely use him with every plumbing issue I have.
