Wow Wow Wow! I cannot say enough good things about Linek Plumbing. Their excellent and experienced team have old-school professionalism and follow up that is so rare to find nowadays. They replaced my gas lines, and also my sewer line. It happened quickly, with excellence, and was very hands-on. Seth was there every step of the way to make sure everything was being done to his specifications, and his team were nothing short of spectacular and amazing! I still can't believe it! They come in, diagnose the situation, and offer a fair and reasonable solution, and then get it done. The guys were so neat and conscientious and again, I just cannot say enough good things about Linek Plumbing. They are my forever plumber!

They completely ignored an obvious plumbing problem (no p-trap under floor drain) on their visit to condo. Was relieved when another plumber saw the problem immediately and had a solution same day. I'm not sure I trust a company that doesn't know when a trap is missing completely from a drain. Was disappointed because their lack of knowledge delayed the repair for my problem (sewage smell emitting from floor drain).

I was speaking to John about replacing a sprinkler system back flow. We had agreed on a price but was just awaiting a part (that he had me order online) to come in. 5 days ago I got the part and sent John an email advising him that the part was in. I haven't heard from him since. And this was a referral!! Guess what I told my friend who referred me!

What a cavalier way to do business. No matter. I got another plumber who showed respect and I saved $75.00 at the same time. Looks like pricing and job scheduling are issues for this company; at least in my experience and at least 5 other reviews where scheduling seems to be a problem..

I disputed a bill and made 3 phone calls to discuss my issue with them and each time was told they would have someone call me back and NEVER once did I receive a phone call. I can't believe they can treat a customer that way, totally unacceptable. I was calling because I had the same exact pipe break 3 different times in same exact spot over a 2 year period. I was actually hoping they would fix my pipe the first time.

Linek has installed plumbing for our new addition construction and repaired and replaced various older plumbing in our century home. Very reliable, there when you need them, plus they clean up when they are finished.

I hired Linek Plumbing twice to work on our home. Once to install a new gas water heater and once to fix a clogged bathtub drain. Both men skillfully and cheerfully completed the work. One of them spent extra time explaining the plumbing systems in the house and answering lots of questions. I would not hesitate to use them again.

My family has used Linek Plumbing for years. I recommend them to everyone I know and work with. My wife and I had to make some updates to a house we sold in the city. If the updates were not taken care of we would of lost the buyers. John Linek was able to come out and handle the issue. He saved us over $1000.00 compared to every other company we had bid the job. (had to get other bids to appease my wife. she now is a believer). I give this company 5 stars no problem. Give them a try. You'll be happy you did.

The worst plumbing company I have ever dealt with. I paid them $500 to fix the leaking in the basement. The leaking never stops after they have done the work. I called them and no response. I had to find another plumbing company.
I highly doubt their professionalism. If you don't want to be ripped off, stay away from them!
