If I could give zero stars I would. I had the terrible and rude experience of running into Mike at Home Depot. The only reason I knew it was Mike because he was talking to the lady that worked there and she said his name and he was wearing a T-shirt with his company on it. I checked out and was waiting for the receipt. My cart was in the exit area and Mike was behind me with his cart. He blurted out, ""you just going to leave your cart in the way or what?"" I turned and said, ""sorry sir, didn't realize I was in the way could've just said excuse me"". He continued on how I was in the way and I reminded him about manners and it's easy to say excuse me instead of being a passive aggressive dick. I love a good banter but Mike was not bantering he was just being an asshole, trying to make me feel small and I would not back down to him. I never hired this company and I WILL NEVER hire this company for anything. Mike if you read this you should fix your attitude and probably figure out you're in public and people are always watching.

Mike and crew have been fantastic to work with on multiple occasions. The first time I called them was right after we bought our home and had an issue with our irrigation system. Unfortunately I had gone with a different service to fix that issue and they did a poor job. I had called Tri Valley afterwards, and Mike was gracious enough to come out and inspect the issue and reccomend an easy fix without charging me for anything.

The second time we used Tri Valley was to install a tankless water heater. Tri Valley quoted me at 1/3 the price for the install compared to another local plumbing service. Tankless water heater was installed with zero issues and the estimate was accurate of the final price. I would recommend Tri Valley to anyone and will use them in the future.

I had water all over my yard. The wind snapped the pipe right off and water was coming up from the ground. The team came out and handled it wonderfully. Courteous, prompt, and excellent service. Thanks a million!

We had a serious leak in our bedroom wall. Mike was able to locate the leak precisely, cut out a small square of sheetrock and replace a multiple
section of leaking pipe.
Do to his quick work we were able to save our carpet.
Mike does excellent work for a reasonable amount of money.
We highly recommend him!
