Nate is my go to guy for all of my plumbing needs. He came out to my home in a timely manner and cleared out the blockage in the main line. Nate is very knowledgeable and efficient, but most importantly, he is friendly and professional. I am very happy with my experience at Linear Plumbing.
Around 10pm I messaged requesting a quote when my shower drain wasn't draining.
Nate responded within minutes letting me know that he had availability the next morning to come assess the issue and give me an accurate estimate. He worked around my schedule to meet at my house during a time that worked for my family.

Nate was very friendly and knowledgeable. He ran a few tests to see what the issue might be. Unbeknownst to me, my husband had already cleared what was blocking the drain. So Nate gave us suggestions on how to prevent it from happening in the future and how we can make sure no smells come out of the drains.

He said should the problem return we could investigate further and gave me a quote for what that would entail just so I had an idea of what to expect.

I really appreciated Nate's honesty in this situation. I'm sure a lot of companies would have been happy to charge me for coming out. Or would have charged me to stick something down my drain just to look like they did something when it did not in fact need it.
Nate didn't charge me a thing and provided some good advice.

We will absolutely be reaching out in the future should we need it! Honest, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend

Plumber Nate showed up right on time and quickly identified the problem. He had all the tools and parts necessary to fix the toilet in short order. He was courteous and kind. I had a strange sound in my pipes on a Sunday, and the next day Nate was at my house doing an initial diagnosis at no charge.

He methodically asked questions and was able to determine the most likely cause of the issue, which he explained in clear terms.

He quoted me a price that I believed to be very fair. I later asked around and was shown that his pricing was indeed on par and not expensive at all.

Nate and Steven came back to perform the work as agreed upon. They were right on time as promised and finished up as promised.

I asked him to do some additional work as preventative maintenance, which was also fairly priced.

Not only would I recommend Linear Plumbing for fast and fairly priced service, my dog also was very happy to meet them.

I'll be calling them again soon for additional work that I need done and for any other issues that come up. Thanks Nate and Steven!
