Nate responded quickly to our plumbing emergency; He diagnosed that the tank needed to be rebuilt and provided options to my mother and I so we could make an informed decision. He was professional and the issue was resolved the same day. I would call him again:)

We were referred to this plumber by word of mouth and I am so grateful! The technician and business is licensed and insured which gave us peace of mind. When we called him he responded immediately and he then came to do an inspection and estimate within the hour. As it was to replace our broken water heater he also understood the urgency of needing hot water in the home and agreed to come early the next morning to both obtain the necessary parts and install the water heater up to code. Because of his professionalism we were only without hot water for a short period of time. I had been traveling for work from Monday-Thursday and was so eager to get home on Thursday afternoon. I got to the airport in Boise and my plane to LAX was delayed by 3 hours due to mechanical issues. Not thrilled to be at the airport but grateful to be heading home to sleep in the comfort of my home. My driver was exceptional - they got me home by 7:30PM and upon walking up to my front door, I saw the attached picture from the City of Huntington Beach. I left my suitcases in the front yard, ran to the back alley and saw the standing water. All I wanted to do was come home, take a shower, grab something to eat, and go to bed... But those plans were quickly derailed and I went into meltdown mode.

About 2 months ago, Nate (Owner, Linear Plumbing) responded quickly to a Yelp inquiry that I made and he was able to fix the issue within 24 hours and I knew that I finally found a plumbing company that delivered superior service.

To that end, I immediately texted Nate (9:30PM) and he responded and gladly accepted a panic call from me. I asked if he could come to my house first thing on Friday morning and while he had another job at that time, he sent one of his technicians and also arrived at the onset of the project. He assessed the issues and presented me with a quote. To be candid, I didn't shop around - I thought about soliciting quotes from other companies but the integrity and honesty that Nate demonstrated in the prior job, I knew that he would deliver on his word and provide resolution.

I was with running water around 1PM and it really put into perspective how important it is to have a plumbing company that you can trust as you never know what could happen.

Yes, this is perhaps the longest Yelp review you will read but I want to make sure that you give Linear Plumbing consideration for your home projects.

In a nutshell...

Linear Plumbing arrived promptly and assessed the situation with expertise. Not only did they repair the broken water line quickly, but they also took the time to explain what went wrong and how they were fixing it. Their work was thorough, and they left the area clean and immaculate.

I was impressed by their skill and dedication to providing top-notch service. It's not often you find a plumber who is both highly skilled and customer-focused. I highly recommend Linear Plumbing for anyone in need of plumbing services. They truly go above and beyond!

Nate responded immediately to my request to have our bathtub drained cleared.

He gave me the best price to do it, compared to other plumbers I contacted.

He was easy to communicate with and was here in less than 24 hours.

He was very friendly and polite and let me know what he was doing every step of the way, as we had some complications pop up with clearing the drain.

He left my bathroom sparkling clean, which I really appreciated!

Got to hand it to Nate from Linear Plumbing. He traveled from Anaheim to Chino Hills to do a job for me. It was my first time using him. He was very communicative, arrived when he promised, was transparent about costs, and he sent me before and after photos of the job. I'm super satisfied. Plumbing is one of those trades, where as consumer you often feel helpless. I called Linear on one plumbing job after getting bids from two other companies that I thought were high. It turns out that's just how much plumbers charge. ?. Nate was marginally less expensive but more importantly he could articulate exactly what needed to be done with the video and photos I sent, without having to first go out to the property. Considering my time is limited, that was incredibly helpful. Because he spent time explaining what he needed to do and why, I felt very comfortable when he informed me from the job site of other issues needing correction. A small job to rebuild a drain line under the sink of a vacant home turned out to be a bigger job. Once it's all done I'll have paid more due to the added work but I'm very pleased because I don't feel ripped off. I really valued his reasoning and expertise. Thank you!
