DO NOT USE! The Miguel referenced in other reviews 1) first tried to have me pay $35 -cash- for an estimate when I was not willing to do work on the spot (he panned it off as a miscommunication with the scheduler) and on a second visit 2) asked for cash under the table (telling the office it was a ""no charge"" visit) when he came to install a toilet that I did not realize had arrived broken. Multiple calls to the owner and manager to alert them to the issue of their employee demanding under the table payments were not returned. I strongly advise against using this business or having Miguel in particular in your home.

We needed one faucet repaired and another one replaced. Miguel did a great job. He showed up when he said he would and handled everything expertly. He was both pleasant and professional. I plan to continue using Lindstrom for our plumbing needs.

I have utilized Lindstrom Company Plumbing a few times and I have also tried other companies in the area. I can say without a doubt that Lindstrom isn't one of the best in the area.

They're inconsistent on numerous occasions, wasn't able to fix the problem spot on and more than likely you would have to call them to come back after a few days.

I have had this happen to me several times whereby they weren't able to properly fix the problem. It was quite disappointing but that's what you get on a cheap price. I hope that their service gets better in the future.

We're planning a bathroom remodel and needed to submit a video of our sewer lateral to the city. We reached out to Lindstrom and they sent Tony out to take the video. They walked us through the submission process through Public Works and everything worked out great. Their professionalism and patience to explain things to us really inspired confidence. Thanks!

Bad experience with Lindstrom... Had a sink clogging/backfill issue about a year ago, Miguel came and charged $350 to fix it. He told me the clog may happen again in several years with dirty stuff accumulating in pipes. Just six mons later it clogged again! I called Lindstrom and Miguel came again, but he couldn't fix it. He said his snake would not go to the right direction when it hit a T joint. He still charged me $280 for his trouble-shooting time, claiming he would give me a quote for replacing pipes to fix the problem once and for all. He never calls back for the quote, even after I called in the office. I called another plumber to fixed the problem, and it's less than $200.

Just called Lindstrom again with a broken kitchen faucet that was spraying water everywhere. It was 4:45pm and I didn't dream someone could actually come right away. But Miguel, who is always SO pleasant and helpful, was here in 35 minutes and saved the day!! So make the number of plumbing emergencies at our household 3 now, and 5 stars every time for Lindstrom!

This is really a two part review that, unfortunately for the company, averages to 3 stars.

The person answering the phone is quite rude and seems incredibly disinterested in providing even a modicum of good customer service - so 1 star for their public/business interface on the phone. I get the fact that most folks calling are distressed and confused as to what they need - but that is why there is a great need to have a confident voice on their end. Despite my initial contact with the company I scheduled an appointment based on my neighbors experience with the actual service provided.

Miguel, however, is worthy of 5 stars - very knowledgable, professional and did a fantastic job - He was pleasant and provided me the confidence I needed that he would do the job right.

So, if you can get past the horrid initial customer service, you will eventually have a trusted and professional company representative come and fix your plumbing needs
