Run from this company as fast as you can! I had a service contract with them. I was told there was a freon leak in my 2 year old air conditioning system. In November of 2023 the technician attached his equipment and did a visual inspection to identify the leak. He did not find a leak and refused to do the electronic leak test. Four months later I was told there was a freon leak. This time the technician conducted the electronic leak test and did not find a leak. Lindstrom charged $182 for a test for a freon leak they could not find for a second time. As a customer who has faithfully entered into a service contract with Lindstrom, I find this level of service to be unacceptable and highly suspect. Not only was the issue not adequately addressed during the initial visit, but the subsequent service failed to rectify the situation or provide any tangible resolution. Furthermore, the imposition of charges for a service that yielded no results is unjust and reflects poorly on the integrity and professionalism of Lindstrom as a company. I want the $182 charge removed from my account. We needed some plumbing work done which was beyond my present skills. Mr. Comay Bowes explained what we had and needed and gave us a price point and allowed us to make a proper decision on what was needed.

Change shut off valve. It took 10 minutes and they charged $271. I was shocked they charged so much for only 10 minutes of the plumbers time. I told him that and he got very defensive and nasty.

how nice, we found a leak from our sprinkler system off our main line at 3 in the afternoon and call these people. Girl on the phone said he would be here between 5 and 7 so we had to be charged extra because it was after 5. The charge was $175 are the call plus parts. When the guy arrived he stated he could have been here before 5 but he was told by them to come after 5. Within 10 minutes the job went from $175 plus parts to a completed job of $475. That's $300 for parts are you kidding all that need to be replaced was less than a foot of pipe with a valve that was outside the house and above ground at most it would have taken him a half an hour but this guy didn't want to do the job at all he just wanted to go home so that's the price he gave us. And we sent him home. Don't even think about calling these people all you have to do is read the reviews that are out there on Lindstrom. I say support the little guys

Total rip-off. Called them to help us find the leak in our house. Instead he looked a the toilets and took our money. He didn't look at the rest of the house.

I just called the main number and I was told someone would come tomorrow morning. My a/c is not working. I have service contract with you. When I bought the a/c and service contract I was assured that the technician will come ASAP but when I called today I was told someone can only come tomorrow. I don't think this is good service as you know how hot it is in south Florida . It is important that you provide good service to your customers and should have adequate staff to take care of your customers especially those who are loyal to you and buy your service contract
