In 1975, Carl Lindstrom started Lindstrom Air Conditioning & Plumbing in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We began with an old station wagon that could fit a couple of people, some tools, and basic supplies. In the early days, we relied on handshakes for service and project approvals. Trust was not just a concept; it was a binding agreement. Today, after 34 years, Lindstrom stands as one of Florida's most established and trusted service companies, with a team of over 130. In 2016, we expanded our services to Palm City, Florida.
Our mission is to uphold ""Pops"" tradition of 100% customer satisfaction. Lindstrom takes pride in our history of excellence in serving homeowners and businesses throughout Florida.

Thank You & Gene our Service advisor was awesome this will be my second year with Lindstrom & will continue with the Company. excellent with the quality of work and the value was on point.

Serviceman was very courteous and took me step by step exactly what he was going to do to service my water heater.

Service installers were prompt and left things clean. Had a problem with the fan and they promptly replaced it.

Always professional and qualified. Employees are well trained and very polite. Have been a customer for over five years and still satisfied.

I have used Lindstrom for years. Always dependable and with the best team of workers! Always polite, on time and knowledgeable. They were very helpful with a rental property when I was out of town. Everything was handled via phone and e-mail. Good to know I have a company I can depend on regardless of my location. Theresa Embler

This was my 1st experience with my air conditioner. I was in a jamb. They came right away. They diagnosed the problem and got the part in a few days. . The price was reasonable and the tech George was really a nice guy and explained everything along the way. I feel he was knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would leave him the keys if I couldn't be there for the repair that's how trusting I feel he was. I definitely recommend

I was charged $2,300.00 (which included a 15% discount because I had a service contract with Lindstrom) to fix a 5 year old AC motor. I found the motor online for $391.27. On Monday (6/13/22), I started calling Lindstrom's office trying to get a supervisor to explain why they were charging so much to replace my AC motor. I left several messages over the next two days. No one returned my calls. On Wednesday (6/15/22) I called again and someone named Jennifer answered and told me she was a supervisor. When I asked her why the price to repair my AC unit was so expensive, she said, """"our prices are what they are and we don't negotiate them."""" I asked about the motors I found online for under $400 and she responded that they have other costs like paying the service people to install the motor. She also said that I may not be comparing apples and apples in regards to the part (however, I save the box from the new motor they installed and found that I could have bought the exact same motor on my own for $391.27). When I asked her to tell me what part of the $2,300 was for the motor and which part was for labor, she would not disclosed that information. At this point I will sever my business relationship with Lindstrom when my current service contract ends next year. I really feel I was being taken advantage of.

We have had them service our A/C yearly. I was going out of town and had scheduled them to do my yearly service and they canceled the day of service and could not reschedule before I left. I like to have it serviced before I go out of town for peace of mind. Just called them again and their phone keeps disconnecting. I would not recommend them.

My Aunt and Uncle has an A/C installed last August. Since then they have had 17 service calls due to the new A/C never working properly. They have had to redo their ceiling due to it leaking, it has been a complete nightmare. It seems like the company keeps pushing off truly repairing it because their warranty is up in August and they want to start charging, at this point it seems like a complete scam.

I had a review up here and somebody must have taken it down. If you need plumbing services go elsewhere. The water supply pipe for one of my sinks broke a few months ago. Lindstrom wanted me to have the vanity removed so they could access the pipe behind the vanity cabinet! Are you kidding me!. I told the plumber that I didn't think removing the vanity granite counter and huge mirror was a viable option. So he spent a couple hours trying to fix it. Not sure what he was doing. Then he says he has to leave and get a part. Apparently one of the other plumbers from Lindstrom had the part so he comes back in the afternoon to finish the job. Subsequently, I had someone else cut a replaceable piece out of the back of the vanity cabinet for future access. Lindstrom overcharged me in a big way for the services rendered. I called to complain and find out why I was charged so much, to no avail. They offered to send me a $50 credit which was laughable but it was something. Nope. Credit never came. That's ok, they lost a good customer....
