The Plumber Curtis is very dishonest but he's not the only one. He first tried to charge me $$659.79 for a 2 1/2 hr. job which he had to leave twice because he did not have the proper tools for the job. I told him to call Mrs. Debra. I asked her how many hrs. I was being charged for and she said 3. I told her that he left my home twice and then his hand starts shaking and he told Mrs. Debra to take off an hour. I asked him did he tell her that he left twice, and he shook his head no. He had only told her to take off for 30 minutes. My credit card was charged $567.29. I kept saying that still isn't right. I added it all and $185 per hr., $58.54 for parts and $46.25 an extra charge that was added. I called my bank and reported it. Then I emailed Lindsey Brothers, and I even called to speak with the manager. She wasn't available! I called back the next day and this is how the conversation went. Hello, may I please speak to the manager. Whos calling? I say my name, then she says this is the manager with a slight attitude. She knew it was me and I figure they have caller id. I explain to her that I had emailed and called her the day before. She said she was going to call me back, yeah right. My bank got the extra charge of $46.25 back and I will not be using Lindsey Brothers again! Curtis threw away the wood that was in the wall to keep the tub spout from moving and he threw away the box the shower set came in so I was told when I called the store that I had purchased it from that I had to have the box so it could be returned and scrapped because I ended up having to purchase another shower set which cost me about another $200. This is not the first time a Plumber from this company tried to over charge me. March 31, 2021, I had a kitchen sink faucet installed and Mr. James (RIP) to him tried to over charge me too. Their price was $150 per hr. When he handed me the bill, it was for $187.50. I said what is this. He said they had to find a place to park. That was bull crap! There is parking in front of my house along the curb. I asked him to call Ms. Christmas, and I told her what I was being charged for and that I sat at my kitchen table the entire time. Then I told her that James stayed under my kitchen sink for exactly 1hr. She started laughing. I don't know if it was a nervous laugh, or you caught us laugh. Whatever the reason for her laughter I told her it wasn't funny. I still have the bill to prove it! Before they come to your home or business ask them if they charge for PARTS and GAS when they have to leave because they don't have the so-called proper tools but they're master plumbers. I had to hire another plumber that cost me an extra $200 to fix the shabby job that Curtis did on the PEX COUPLING. I will be adding my bill photos below.

I waited a pretty long time to update my review on this company again, juuuuuust to make sure I wasn't writing purely from emotions.

So as an update to my initial review, Lindsey Brothers reached out to me to offer a replacement toilet at no charge. I was completely surprised by this and thanked them for the gesture and call.
Sure enough, a few days later Mr. Lindsey himself came out and replaced the toilet that was cracked with a new one. He took my old one away, and even took out some laundry room doors I've been meaning to take to the landfill for the longest.
And as an added bonus, he apologized once more for the inconvenience and gave me some really good life advice on random things just through genuine casual conversation.
He's such a good person- Gives me a loving fatherly feeling for sure!
So though it was a little bumpy road getting here, I think in the end Lindsey Brothers surely made up for it, and then some!

None of us are perfect, and we all know system processes have their disadvantages, so I appreciate their follow up on striving for perfection.

I've got no doubt in my mind that the next time I have a plumbing issue, I'll more than likely reach out to Lindsey Brothers!

I hate to write this review but after 2 attempts at getting a plumber to show for 2 SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS I am left with the only option of providing a fair warning!!!!!

I need to stress that I get when multiple ppl are handling appointments, lines can get crossed so I provided grace & understanding and reached out to them again even though I was never given a courtesy call for the no call no show. I moved my day around both days to no avail. My final attempt to communicate with this company was received with a ""we had a bigger job, and I'm doing you a favor at even calling you back after hours"" sort of response. This is completely unacceptable and very disappointing.

Mr. Lindsey is a very kind hearted man. I have an elderly customer that is in dire need of a gas hot water heater and lives off a fixed income. Mr lindsey is donating a hot water heater to her free of charge. This man deserves the world. His office staff also was very helpful and kind when we called yesterday and told them our situation. They are the only company that even returned our phone call. I would refer them to anyone.

This is my go to for plumbing needs. I had drains snaked at each residence I owned. They are always courteous and thorough. I just had shower washers replaced, toilet and sink repaired. I call Lindsey brothers because I have NEVER had to call them twice for the same job. 12 years and a house of seven. Even my mom loves them. Try them. You will like them.
