I called this company twice a day for a week , they kept saying they would coming and never showed up, Then they billed us for a water heater permit cancelation , They never came by to evaluate the problem, so how did they know what was wrong ? With no Inspection We called Benjamin Franklin plumbing service, They came out in less than an hour and gave a complete inspection and solved the problem for us
