Tech came out to install a pan underneath the water heater. Tech stated the water heater needed to be replaced as it was old - 2014, leaking, improperly installed and I needed a new water heater at the cost of $1,300.00. Told the Tech none of this was true, as the water heater has never leaked, and I have never had any issues with it. Tech told me two different charges for the service call. As that point I told him I didn't trust him, as he told many lies.. Even gave me two different prices for the service call and called the office for the actual cost of coming out. I called the office when he hung up, and they gave me a different price.

Another plumbing company came out and installed the pan with no problem and it was only $402.00 vs the $1,300 of a new water heater.
