They are a family operation . I have used them several times for various plumbing problems, I am always pleased with the outcome.

We hired Lindale for a large plumbing job (repiping, new water heater) and later HVAC work and they wanted the money up front for what became 4 jobs. Initial job of installing water heater, they did not install the top unit required by City of Milford and we had to call them back. They also screwed up the piping and within days of install, we had no hot water. The large job of repiping should have only taken a few days.. 4 months later and they still were not done, they showed up whenever, they often did not return calls. The job is still not done as the shower is not reput back together. Unreal. At this time we needed a discharge line for the washer to be fixed. Again they charged us up front. did a shoddy job - did not even fix the pvc line to the wall and I had to go to Ace Hardware to get fasteners to make sure line did not bounce while discharging water.

We also hired them to repair hvac. We had 7 lines coming out of the furnace. You should only have 4 or at the most 5. they came, they removed the basement line which I could have done, they cleaned up some of the ductwork, but should have taken the 2 lines going to the crawl space and then up to the first floor and made this 1 line with a split in the crawlspace instead of 2 separate lines out of the furnace. finally they were to put a pad under the airconditioning unit outside to level it. they came, threw some bricks under the unit and called it a day. that alone cost me close to $1,200.00. My son feels they do shoddy work, do not return calls, do not show up when they say they will and essentially stole money from us.

He should wear a cape! Ive used Lindale Plumbing for 2 years for various projects and repairs as I have a large property and plumbing is complicated. He has saved my business on at least 3 occasions by coming after typical business hours to fix emergency issues. I was shocked to see him appear time after time fixing each new and different problem quickly, competently, professionally, at a fair rate and he is nice too!. He's my plumbing superhero guy:)! Definenetly recommend.

This company is this biggest joke on the planet. After a year of lies and excuses, I finally hired another contractor to finish my new house.
At least 40 emails of immature excuses and bull shit lies as to why they couldn't come out to finish my house, or they had "" emergencys"" and would show up some time in the future. NOT.
50 YEARS in construction and this company wins my award as the WORST company I ever had to deal with!
At least more than half the work was installed incorrectly, as to my specifications.
Call the owner Bill directly? Good luck. Lost alot of sleep over these clowns, STAY AWAY! You are better off doing the work yourself, even if you'r NOT a plumber.
