We have been working with these guys for 10 years now. They have installed an access point in the front yard, repaired our catch basin, and now given us emergency service after we neglected to call them for a few years for maintenance and sewer water starting coming out one of the drains in the basement. Called around 10 PM on Saturday during the stay-at-home order. They arrived on Sunday at 11 AM and they had all the root blockage cleared out by Noon. Always professional, they arrived wearing masks and maintained social distance. They do great work and we've recommended them to a lot of our friends.

I asked Lincoln Sewer to come take a look at my sump pump room because there was a real problem with drain flies. They sent out two guys who came in and used a camera to check my main line but did NOTHING else and charged me $150 for it. I kept asking about the flies but they had no idea what to do and obviously were told to just camera the drain line. I have no problems with my main drain line and assumed they would actually open the sump and injector pump basins to see if there was a problem there or any of the other drains in the room. When I complained through yelp messaging I was told I would get a call from someone but no one has reached out in two weeks.

I reached out to Lincoln Sewerage for a sewer scope service at my home due to a recommendation made by the City of Chicago as a result of a sewer collapse in front of our home. I called various plumbers and Phil was responsive and the most reasonably priced. We scheduled a visit and he showed up within the time frame he indicated. He and his assistant Joe were very professional. They ran the scope and determined my sewer was fine. They recommended rodding as it was clear there were roots in various sections of my sewers that needed to be dealt with. The combined service cost was well within the normal range. I was impressed with the deliberate care that was used to clean my lines, keep the surrounding area protected, and especially happy about the post work clean up. This was one of the best experience I've ever had with plumbers. Phil's knowledge and years of experience were obvious.

Sewers are one of those thing you don't think anything about..... unless there is a problem.
Funny thing is that I didn't really have a big problem, but the little sewer in my backyard began to stink. I thought to myself, I haven't had that thing looked at in 15 years.

So I called Lincoln...thanks Yelpers.
Phil came out cleaned the catch basin aka the ""Little Sewer in the backyard"". He powered rodded the sewer line and camera scoped to thoroughly inspect the lines to the city sender. . All for a fair price of$225.

As it turns out, upon inspection, I needed some repairs on the brick in the catch basin as well. Naturally I asked Lincoln to come out and fix things.

This is an honest guy- no not Honest Abe, honest Phil- who knows his stuff. Abe Lincoln would approve of the use of his last name for this business.

I gave 3 but maybe more 2 star is needed? Serv ice was fast and fairly cheaper than competition. But, when they unassembled my pipes to clear clogged drain, there was minor leaking. I told them and they returned and put tape on it to ""solve"" issue. I mean if ur gonna unscrew pipes then screw it back so no leaks occur. Think u can do better than that. Have to tighten pipes myself to fix issue. 125 bucks for half hr...worth it? Main issue was fixed so relieved bout that. Where's the Mario Bros when u need them?

Excellent service! Robert and his crew have been outstanding. I appreciate that Robert takes the time to analyze the problem before coming into any conclusions and giving any recommendations. He doesn't give the impression that he is in a rush to get out but rather takes the time to take care of the problem, to inform well what is happening , and to inform the options to the solution. Unfortunately, plumbing prices don't come cheap yet Lincoln Sewarage & Drainage have one of the most reasonable prices. Thanks again for great work and a great team.

People's Gas had put a camera down our sewer and said we needed to get it rodded. It wasn't an emergency, but I called Lincoln Sewer and Phil said he could come later that day. He and Joe? worked for an hour and a half trying to rod it, but they couldn't get through and said I needed to install a clean out. Phil said he'd have Janet call to get the permit on Friday (it was Wednesday, July 3rd) and he'd come do the work on Monday. Everything went exactly according to schedule. They cleaned out our catch basin as well which was backed up and they got that going. He had 2 more guys come to help with digging the 5-6 foot hole needed for the clean out. The inspector couldn't come until the next day, so they had everything ready and cordoned it off with caution tape. The next day, he said he'd come at 12:30, he came early and installed an ejector pump before I even got there because ours was broken (previously agreed upon). They waited for the inspector and after he came & left, they began filling in the hole & cementing the top of the new pipe. They let my 8 year old & his friend shovel some dirt into the hole to ""help"" which was really nice. They cleaned up really well. They were excellent, I would definitely hire again. Glad I found them.

These guys were thorough and worked with the city to get me scheduled with the city since the problem was they city's responsibility. Highly recommend
