The water heater at my parent's house gave up the ghost. Being three hours away, the best I could do was hire someone to replace it. I researched different plumbing companies before picking one. Supporting local is important to me and I had heard great things about this company. I called and got scheduled fairly quickly considering the time of year. They were able to replace the water heater and dispose of the old one. They are very responsive and offer great customer service.

I thought this company was good until I had two repairs that were not done correctly. The guy came out once, and insisted they were done. I called again, this time they wanted to charge me, and the repairs were still not corrected. Called again, this time they fired me as a customer. 6 months down the road the most major repair that they insisted was done properly ended up costing me over $1000 to fix by of course a different plumbing company. Would I recommend them, no way!

Lincoln Plumbing helped get us out of a jam that was costing us hundred of dollars in excess water billing. They responded to my request for service immediately. We finally found the leak in a pipe between the street and the units, the weekend was approaching (of course) and Norm came out that same day to figure out a plan. He helped dig up the ground to expose the pipe and Dan came out on Saturday to replace it. It was not an easy task due to the way the original pipes had been installed. They were so nice and helpful, and the problem was fixed. I appreciated their service so much.
