Had to replace 135ft of main water line to our house, including new valves, etc. Not fun! I called Linck's; Kevin came out ASAP, provided a competitive quote and performed the work a day or two later. Everything went smoothly. A few months later we discovered a leak at one of the new valves. Kevin came out immediately and repaired it. I will continue to hire and recommend Kevin and Linck's. Kevin is the best plumber around. His rates are phenomenal, his service is top-notch, and he fixes things fast. Just last night he repaired a very leaky shower valve that was filling a 2 gallon bucket of water every day. The valve had some funky adapter the previous owner put on, but Kevin found a way to fix it. You can call any of the big companies and pay a hell of a lot more, or you can call Kevin for fast, reliable, and inexpensive service...

Kevin and Sean just completed a plumbing job for me and I couldn't be happier. Outstanding service, quality work, timely arrival and completion. The price was more than reasonable for the work and I'm definitely calling them for all of our future plumbing needs. Cherise at the office did a standout job to coordinate the visit. She communicated with me all the way, which is almost unheard of in today's world.

It's 10:30pm and I just had the longest day in history but needed to jump on yelp to give Kevin and his wife Cherise the proper credit they deserve. After having spent a horrific 2 days with a previous plumber with a water heater situation, I called Lincks plumbing this morning to get a 2nd opinion. I was so stressed and being that we are 1st time homeowners we were so overwhelmed with what we were told by previous plumbers who pretty much told us we were left with only one option which is to go with a tankless water heater which would have cost us 3-times the price and with something we were not crazy about owning. As soon as I got on phone with Cherise this morning she immediately alleviated my stress and within few hrs Kevin was at our house doing hard honest work. We now have hot water after a 3 day ordeal with previous plumbers. Thank you so much Kevin for your hard work. Thank you Cherise for your awesome customer service skills and communication skills. We found our new plumbers and will refer everyone we know to you! The price was also very reasonable for the amount of work that was involved. Thank you for accommodating us last minute as well. 2 toddlers and no hot water for 3 days was not fun.

I am totally impressed with this plumbing companies great values! I had ordered a new washing machine from Sears and when they delivered it the guy who is installing it said I needed a new valve on my water and said if I didn't it was going to leak all over the place. I called all kinds of plumbers you never called me back but Lincks plumbing arranged an appointment and Charisse in their office was awesome with constant updates and information! Kevin came out and looked at my valve and said I didn't need one... He said there's absolutely nothing wrong with it and he couldn't understand why the guy had recommended it. Kevin could have totally done that job and been $350 better off but he said he couldn't install something that wasn't needed! I was so impressed with their integrity and service and whenever I need plumbing services again or somebody asks for a recommendation I will certainly be recommending their company. 100 thumbs up for this company!!

Outstanding service! Our heater died in the morning, we called Linck's Plumbing (I found this business here, on Yelp) and Kevin was able to replace an old heater with a new one in 3 hours! We thought about tankless heater but Kevin explained benefits, pros&cons of both types of heaters, saved our $$$$ from choosing solutions that won't satisfy our needs! Thank you so much, Kevin!

Although the company I work for did not use Linck's, Cherise was very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. I would definitely consider using them for personal use in the future.

Left messages, talked to someone who promised I would get a call back the same day. Well, no response at all. The other four one-star reviewers complained about the same thing. He has wasted much of my time. It shows you cannot always trust good reviews online.

Kevin and his wife make a great pair. She was great at providing updates on timeline for arrival, and he was great at showing up early and completing the project on the same day. I will use them again in the future.
