They messed up the installation of both the master bathroom tub and the tub in the guest bathroom, and they refuse to call me back to fix the problem. They have no quality control, and their workmanship is absolutely terrible. There are several new homes in this area that are victims of Linc Plumbing.

Awesome service. They wear masks and are very Covid safe. They have done work for us during a remodel. All top notch. The only reason I called this company is that my warranty company recommended me that this is a good number to call for any plumbing issues.

My garbage disposal was making a strange noise and was not working properly so I called Linc Plumbing. During the phone call I explained to them what was going on and did ask them the estimate of the cost, but they did not give me any clear information on how much they will charge for just showing up plus the fee for fixing the issue.

Days later the plumber guy came in to my house and looked at my garbage disposal. He literally spent 5 mins and found a tiny piece of plastic stuck in the machine and pulled it out. Then the machine works properly, there is no mechanical issue at all.

A day later I received a bill from them which stated that the cost is 175 dollars. For just showing up and pulling out a plastic.

I understand that the cost might vary for different company but they should tell me in the first place so I can decide to not choose them, if I knew that the cost for just showing up is 125 dollars. Coz, Purchasing a new garbage disposal cost less than 100 dollars.

After negotiations, Linc. reduced the bill to 140 dollars but still, it hurts my feelings. I guess I just spent 140 dollars leaned a lesson.
