We have used them several times in the last few years and they always call before they show up. They always show up when they say they will. They work very quickly and do a great job. They have serviced our heater, fixed a clogged drain, and attached a bidet to our toilet. They were always polite and cleaned up after their work. We would recommend them.

Very knowledgeable, I thought. Then I saw Fox News on at the shop. Maybe not too bright. I go to Home Depot now.

Biggest joke. Called them once for estimate, came out never responded with price. Made appointment for service call, never showed up. Don't know how company is profitable. Heard someone involved with management ran for public office, no wonder they didn't get elected.
