Recently had Lin come over to install a new bathroom faucet. His response was quick. He came and took about 30 minutes. Kept testing to make sure that there was no leaks. Spoke to him about future projects I need done and he was honest and gave me some suggestions. Would highly recommend Lin for future projects. Thank you Jin for the great communication and follow up. Our in-wall drain hole for the washing machine was unused (drained straight into the sink) and clogged. We noticed a leak behind the dry wall & found out the drain hole overflowed from our A/C's condensation (shared drain hole). Lin Construction went above & beyond and unclogged a bunch of material deep within our plumbing system. He is very dedicated & explained everything throughly. If in need of a handyman, I highly recommend Lin Construction! I will definitely give them a call for any type of projects!

Megan and Lin Construction were very easy to work with through the estimate phase. They took time to really understand our needs and provided a fair and thorough estimate. There was good and prompt communication throughout the process. Unfortunately, we ended up needing to cancel the purchase of the condo that we planned to renovate but we will definitely keep them in mind for future renovations.

We wanted to remodel our condo eventually & came across Lin Construction. Mr Lin and Megan ( manager) came out to greet us and they were very attentive especially Megan who know I am pressing for times this time around. She asked me what my preferences were and suggested to look at cabinets/ flooring at couple of different places. She took her times to meet us there and trying to find the style I am after. At the end we went to a custom cabinet place to see if my vision can become a reality and now I am waiting for a quote to see how much it will cost. Since I am not in a hurry and have learned a lot from the people on the island is to make sure all the supplies are there before work will start and that including all the appliances. Will update this post once I reach out to Megan again most likely in January before we can really starting to seriously redoing our condo since our daughter and family there for her schooling and she won't be done until June of next year

Requested quote on Sat and received multiple responses from other plumbers asking for info and pictures. However, Lin construction gave me 2 appt time available to give estimate. He came right on time, gave us the estimate and was a very reasonable price. Did Excellent work, completed on time and went over and above to make us completely satisfied. Hard to find a good plumber and I don't usually leave reviews but would give him 10 stars if I could. Definitely will be calling for future works.

I have to say that I've used many contractors for various jobs including complete kitchen reno, complete install of wood flooring, new cmu tile wall, major structural work, new bathroom reno, pv and AC install and complete reroofing. Lin construction is among the best we have worked with. Lin personally oversees the work. He is detail oriented and takes pride in his work. We had a unusual situation with our new fence abutting our neighbors control panel and Lin suggested a solution and all parties were happy with the result. The final product is above our expectations. I can say that I finally have found a contractor who is quality and I will definitely be working with him on all my future projects.

Contacted Lin Construction for a bathroom remodel quote and they were so quick to respond and were able to come over for the free estimate in the same week that I contacted them. In 2 weeks, my bathroom was completed and we are so satisfied with the work that was done as well as the customer service and communication we received throughout the whole project! I will definitely be using them for any future home improvements.

I wanted to replace 2 light fixtures in my kitchen (fluorescent to LED) and searched on Yelp.for recommended electricians. 5 responded. 1 was out of town, 1 was a handyman, and 2 electricians gave estimates. My conso requires a licensed electrician so the handyman wqs out. Of the 2 electricians, Lin construction was very responsive in the dialog and able to accomodate me the same day. I did not have the LED fixture and their electrician went and bought it before coming. They were not the cheapest but did good work and was very personable. Installed, cleaned up and was on his way in 2 hours. Highly recommend Lin Construction. They do plumbing, renos and other thins as they are a licensed contractor.

I had a condo that needed remodeling across a broad spectrum of jobs (kitchen, bedroom floors, bathroom vanity, new lights, etc) and decided to collect bids from a few contractors. In performing this exercise, Lin and his team stood out from the pack. From their friendly demeanor, prompt communication, and helpful suggestions, it was clear that they were the right choice.

Only a few days after signing the project proposal, Lin had all of the material ready and began working on the job. In less than one week (original estimate was 2-3 weeks!), Lin and his crew were able to finish everything. They operated with speed, accuracy, and a fine attention to detail.
